Maqsad: neologizmlarning paydo boโlish jarayonini oโrganish, ularning shakllanishiga taโsir etuvchi omillarni aniqlash va oโzbek tilining lugโat tizimini boyitishdagi rolini tahlil qilish. Materiallar va metodlar: tavsifiy lingvistik tahlil, terminologiyani qiyosiy oโrganish va semantik-fonetik kuzatuv metodlari qoโllanildi. axborot texnologiyalari, iqtisodiyot va kundalik nutqdan misollar keltirildi. Introduction: neologisms are one of the most dynamic elements of the lexicon, reflecting the cultural, social, and technological changes of society. in the modern Uzbek language, they serve as indicators of progress and adaptation to global communication. Purpose: to study the emergence of neologisms, identify the factors influencing their formation, and analyze their role in enriching the lexical system of the Uzbek language. Materials and Methods: descriptive linguistic analysis, comparative study of terminology, and semantic-phonetic observation were applied. examples from information technology, economics, and everyday speech were examined. Results and Discussion: findings show that neologisms often arise from borrowing, semantic extension, and word formation processes. they are quickly integrated into the language system, especially in areas such as digital technologies, finance, and cultural discourse. their adaptation demonstrates the flexibility of the Uzbek language in responding to new realities. Conclusion: neologisms play a crucial role in the development of the Uzbek language. they enrich vocabulary, reflect social and technological progress, and ensure the language remains relevant in global communication.
