Maqsad: yengil atletika to‘garak mashg‘ulotlarini takomillashtirish metodikasini pedagogik innovatsiyalar, statistik tahlil va raqamli monitoring vositalari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish. Materiallar va metodlar: variatsion statistika, antropometrik o‘lchovlar va pedagogik kuzatuv qo‘llanildi. mashg‘ulotlar “smart-timer” va pulsometr yordamida nazorat qilindi. Natijalar va muhokama: takomillashtirilgan metodika talabalarning tezkorlik va chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirdi. statistik tahlil bu natijalarni ishonchli ekanini tasdiqladi. antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlarga asoslangan individual yondashuv mashg‘ulot samaradorligini kuchaytirdi. Xulosa: yengil atletika to‘garak mashg‘ulotlariga pedagogik innovatsiyalar va raqamli monitoringni joriy etish talabalarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini mustahkamlaydi va ilmiy asoslangan mashg‘ulotlarni ta’minlaydi. tavsiyalar sifatida smart texnologiyalarni kengaytirish va individual yondashuvni qo‘llash taklif etiladi.
Introduction: athletics circles in higher education institutions play an important role in strengthening students’ health, developing endurance, and fostering interest in sports. however, traditional methods often fail to account for individual differences and modern monitoring technologies. Purpose: to improve the methodology of organizing athletics circle sessions by integrating pedagogical innovations, statistical analysis, and digital monitoring tools. Materials and Methods: the study applied variational statistics, anthropometric measurements, and pedagogical observation. training sessions were monitored using smart-timer and heart rate devices to ensure optimal load intensity. Results and Discussion: findings show that the improved methodology enhanced students’ speed and endurance indicators. statistical analysis confirmed the reliability of these improvements. individual approaches based on anthropometric data allowed for more effective training outcomes. Conclusion: the integration of pedagogical innovations and digital monitoring into athletics circle sessions strengthens students’ physical preparedness and ensures scientifically grounded training. recommendations include expanding the use of smart technologies and adopting individualized training strategies in higher education institutions.
