KEKSA YOSHDAGI KISHILAR SALOMATLIGINI OSHIRISHDA INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENSIAL SOG‘LOMLASHTIRUVCHI MASHG‘ULOTLAR TIZIMINING SAMARADORLIGI
Annotatsiya
Maqolada 60-74 yoshdagi kishilar salomatligini yaxshilashda individual differensial sog‘lomlashtiruvchi mashg‘ulotlar tizimining samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot kvazi-eksperimental dizayn asosida (pre-test va post-test) 24 hafta davomida olib borildi. Jami 60 nafar ishtirokchi tasodifiy tanlash usuli bilan tajriba (n=30) va nazorat (n=30) guruhlariga ajratildi. Eksperimental guruhda yuklama yurak urish chastotasining 50 70% oralig‘ida differensiallashtirilib, haftasiga 3 marta 45-50 daqiqalik mashg‘ulotlar tashkil etildi. Tadqiqot davomida jismoniy ishchanlik, arterial qon bosimi, yurak urish chastotasi, 6 daqiqalik yurish testi, qo‘l dinamometriyasi, o‘tirib-turish testi, Stange va Genchi sinamalari hamda psixoemotsional holat (SAN shkalasi) ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rganildi. Natijalar matematik statistik usullar (x̄±σ, Student t-mezoni) asosida tahlil qilinib, ishonchlilik darajasi p<0,05 mezoni bilan baholandi. Eksperimental guruhda jismoniy ishchanlik 20% ga, mushak kuchi va chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlari 18-25% ga, nafas olish rezerv imkoniyatlari 18-21% ga yaxshilangani, arterial bosim va yurak urish chastotasi esa me’yorlashgani aniqlandi. Psixoemotsional barqarorlik 28,6% ga oshdi. Nazorat guruhi bilan solishtirganda, barcha ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha ishonchli ijobiy farq qayd etildi (p<0,05). Tadqiqot natijalari individual-differensial sog‘lomlashtiruvchi mashg‘ulotlar tizimi keksa yoshdagi kishilarda funksional, jismoniy va psixoemotsional ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilashda samarali vosita ekanini tasdiqlaydi.
The article scientifically substantiates the effectiveness of an individual-differentiated health-enhancing training system in improving the health status of elderly individuals aged 60–74. The study was conducted over 24 weeks using a quasi experimental design (pre-test and post-test). A total of 60 participants were randomly assigned into an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). In the experimental group, physical load was differentiated within 50–70% of heart rate reserve, and training sessions were conducted 3 times per week, each lasting 45–50 minutes. During the study, the following indicators were assessed: physical performance, arterial blood pressure, heart rate, 6-minute walk test results, handgrip strength (dynamometry), sit-to-stand test, Stange and Genchi breath-holding tests, as well as psycho-emotional state (SAN scale). The results were analyzed using mathematical and statistical methods (mean ± standard deviation, Student’s t-test), with a significance level of p<0.05. The findings showed that in the experimental group, physical performance increased by 20%, muscle strength and endurance by 18–25%, respiratory reserve capacity by 18–21%, while arterial blood pressure and heart rate normalized. Psycho-emotional stability improved by 28.6%. Compared to the control group, statistically significant positive differences were observed across all indicators (p<0.05). The results confirm that the individual-differentiated health-enhancing training system is an effective tool for improving functional, physical, and psycho-emotional parameters in elderly individuals.
