KIRISH: ushbu maqola axborotlashgan jamiyat sharoitida ota-onalarning virtualpedagogik madaniyatini rivojlantirishda mediakompetentlikning o‘rni va roli tahlil qilinadi. bugungi kunning dolzarb masalalaridan biri sifatida ota-onalarning media vositalaridan foydalanishi va ularga bo‘lgan munosabatlari diniy qadriyatlar, etnik madaniyat, odob-axloq normalari hamda virtual madaniyat tushunchalari bilan qanday uyg‘unlashishi yoritiladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — ota-onalarning mediakompetentligini rivojlantirish orqali ularning virtual-pedagogik madaniyatini shakllantirish va farzand tarbiyasida zamonaviy media vositalaridan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlarini asoslashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, pedagogik umumlashtirish, kontent-tahlil va ijtimoiy-pedagogik kuzatuv metodlari qo‘llanildi. otaonalarning media vositalaridan foydalanish tajribasi va ularning tarbiyaviy ta’siri o‘rganildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mediakompetentlik otaonalarning virtual-pedagogik madaniyatini rivojlantirishda muhim omil bo‘lib, diniy va milliy qadriyatlar, odob-axloq normalari bilan uyg‘unlashganda ijobiy natijalar beradi. mediakompetent ota-onalar farzandlarida media savodxonlikni shakllantirish, internetdan xavfsiz foydalanish va mediamatnlarni tanqidiy qabul qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantiradi. XULOSA: ota-onalarning mediakompetentligini rivojlantirish ularning virtualpedagogik madaniyatini mustahkamlash, farzand tarbiyasida milliy va diniy qadriyatlarga mos yondashuvni ta’minlash hamda axborotlashgan jamiyatda tarbiya jarayonini samarali tashkil etishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega.
INTRODUCTION: this article examines the role of media competence in developing parents’ virtual-pedagogical culture within the context of an information society. it analyzes parents’ use of media tools and their attitudes toward them in relation to religious values, ethnic culture, moral norms, and virtual literacy. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to enhance parents’ media competence as a mechanism for shaping their virtual-pedagogical culture and supporting effective childrearing practices through media tools. MATERIALS AND METHODS: methods included theoretical analysis, pedagogical generalization, content analysis, and socio-pedagogical observation. parents’ experiences with media tools and their educational impact were studied. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that media competence plays a crucial role in developing parents’ virtual-pedagogical culture. when aligned with religious and national values as well as moral norms, it fosters children’s media literacy, safe internet use, and critical engagement with media texts. CONCLUSION: strengthening parents’ media competence enhances their virtualpedagogical culture, ensures child-rearing practices consistent with national and religious values, and improves the effectiveness of upbringing in the information society.
