Hozirgi globallashuv va raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida ta’lim tizimining barcha bo‘g‘inlarida, xususan, pedagogik oliy ta’lim muassasalarida sifat jihatdan yangi yondashuvlarni joriy etish dolzarb vazifaga aylanmoqda. Jamiyatning intellektual salohiyati, ilmiy-innovatsion taraqqiyoti va raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyatini samarali tashkil etish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu nuqtayi nazardan, pedagog kadrlarni tayyorlash jarayonida ularning ilmiy-tadqiqot kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish zamonaviy ta’lim siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi.

In the context of contemporary globalization and digital transformation, the implementation of qualitatively new approaches at all levels of the education system, particularly in pedagogical higher education institutions, has become an urgent task. In the process of developing the intellectual potential of society, advancing scientific and innovative progress, and training competitive professionals, the effective organization of research activities of future teachers plays a crucial role. From this perspective, the development of research competencies of pedagogical personnel during their training is considered one of the priority directions of modern educational policy.
