the relevance of the development of methodological tools for assessing the stability of organizational changes in an educational organization is based. A structural and meaningful innovation was presented – the adaptive-design model of management (APMU), the structure of which is based on the principles of iterativity and transparency. The main variables were operated on: measurable indicators – the flexibility index (IA) and the resistance index (IC), reflecting the perception of change by employees, were introduced as objective criteria for the activity of the educational organization.
