KIRISH: bugungi kunda ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish jarayonida tabiiy fanlarni (science) o‘qitish sifatini oshirish muhim vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi. Tabiiy fanlar o‘quvchilarda ilmiy tafakkur, mantiqiy fikrlash, tadqiqotchilik ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu sababli tabiiy fanlarni samarali o‘qitish ko‘p jihatdan fan o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasi hamda ularning o‘quv-metodik tayyorgarligiga bog‘liqdir. Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida pedagoglardan nafaqat fan bo‘yicha chuqur bilim, balki innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash, interfaol metodlardan foydalanish hamda o‘quvchilarning ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyatini tashkil etish kabi ko‘nikmalar talab etiladi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, fan o‘qituvchilarining o‘quv-metodik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish dolzarb pedagogik masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi — tabiiy fanlarni o‘qitishda fan o‘qituvchilarining o‘quv-metodik tayyorgarligini rivojlantirish, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini o‘rganish hamda o‘qitish jarayonini samarali tashkil etishga qaratilgan metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot jarayonida pedagogik kuzatish, tahlil qilish, taqqoslash, so‘rovnoma, suhbat hamda tajriba-sinov metodlaridan foydalanildi. Shuningdek, tabiiy fanlarni o‘qitish metodikasi, pedagogika va ta’lim texnologiyalari bo‘yicha ilmiy adabiyotlar o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot doirasida fan o‘qituvchilarining metodik tayyorgarlik darajasi, dars jarayonida qo‘llanilayotgan o‘qitish usullari hamda innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, tabiiy fanlarni samarali o‘qitishda o‘qituvchilarning metodik tayyorgarligi muhim omillardan biridir. O‘qituvchilarning zamonaviy o‘qitish metodlarini, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini va interfaol ta’lim usullarini qo‘llashi o‘quvchilarning bilim darajasini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, laboratoriya mashg‘ulotlari, tajribalar, loyiha va tadqiqot asosidagi ta’lim usullaridan foydalanish o‘quvchilarning fanlarga bo‘lgan qiziqishini oshiradi. Tadqiqot jarayonida fan o‘qituvchilarining metodik tayyorgarligini oshirish uchun malaka oshirish kurslari, metodik seminarlar hamda amaliy mashg‘ulotlarni keng joriy etish zarurligi aniqlandi. XULOSA: tabiiy fanlarni samarali o‘qitish o‘qituvchilarning yuqori darajadagi kasbiy va metodik tayyorgarligini talab etadi. Fan o‘qituvchilarining o‘quv-metodik kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash, innovatsion yondashuvlardan foydalanish hamda metodik ta’minotni takomillashtirish tabiiy fanlarni o‘qitish jarayonining samaradorligini yanada oshiradi.
INTRODUCTION: currently, in the process of modernizing the education system, improving the quality of teaching natural sciences (science) is considered one of the important tasks. Natural sciences play a significant role in developing students’ scientific thinking, logical reasoning, and research skills. Therefore, the effective teaching of natural sciences largely depends on the professional competence of science teachers and their educational and methodological preparedness. In the modern educational process, teachers are required not only to have deep knowledge of the subject but also to apply innovative pedagogical technologies, use interactive teaching methods, and organize students’ scientific research activities. From this perspective, improving the educational and methodological training of science teachers is considered one of the urgent pedagogical issues. AIM: the main objective of the research is to develop the educational and methodological preparedness of science teachers in teaching natural sciences, to study the possibilities of applying modern pedagogical technologies, and to develop methodological recommendations aimed at effectively organizing the teaching process. MATERIALS AND METHODS: during the research, methods such as pedagogical observation, analysis, comparison, questionnaires, interviews, and experimental methods were used. In addition, scientific literature related to the methodology of teaching natural sciences, pedagogy, and educational technologies was studied. Within the framework of the research, the level of methodological preparedness of science teachers, the teaching methods used during lessons, and the possibilities of applying innovative pedagogical technologies were analyzed. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the results of the research showed that the methodological preparedness of teachers is one of the key factors in the effective teaching of natural sciences. The use of modern teaching methods, information and communication technologies, and interactive learning approaches by teachers contributes to improving students’ knowledge levels. In addition, the use of laboratory work, experiments, projectbased learning, and research-based educational approaches increases students’ interest in science subjects. The research also revealed the necessity of widely implementing professional development courses, methodological seminars, and practical training to enhance the methodological preparedness of science teachers. CONCLUSION: effective teaching of natural sciences requires a high level of professional and methodological competence from teachers. Developing the educational and methodological competence of science teachers contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of education. Moreover, the use of modern pedagogical technologies, innovative approaches, and the improvement of methodological support further enhance the effectiveness of teaching natural sciences.
