Mazkur maqolada tajovuzga uchragan bolalarning sudga oid psixologik ekspertizasini tashkil etishning dolzarb psixologik muammolari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. This article provides a scientific analysis of the current psychological problems in organizing forensic psychological examinations of children who have experienced abuse. It examines the characteristics of children’s psychological development, the impact of traumatic experiences on their behavior and cognitive processes, issues of reliability of testimony, as well as ethical and methodological challenges arising during the examination process. The study also highlights modern approaches to working with children, the importance of international experience, and psychological protection mechanisms.
