TA’LIMDA LOYIHA USULIDAN FOYDALANISHNI ASOSLASH, LOYIHA USULI BO‘YICHA TADQIQOTLAR TARIXI

Bugungi kunda jahonda ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya qilish, o‘quvchilarning mustaqil fikrlashi va amaliy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etish dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, loyiha usuli ta’limning samaradorligini oshiruvchi, o‘quvchilarni izlanishga, muammoni mustaqil hal etishga hamda ijodiy faoliyatga yo‘naltiruvchi zamonaviy metodlardan biri sifatida muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Mazkur usul o‘quvchilarning nazariy bilimlarini amaliyot bilan bog‘lash, jamoada ishlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish va kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish imkonini beradi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ham ta’lim tizimini tubdan takomillashtirish, xalqaro standartlarga mos innovatsion yondashuvlarni joriy etishga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Jumladan, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “O‘zbekiston Respublikasi xalq ta’limi tizimini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish konsepsiyasini tasdiqlash to‘g‘risida”gi Farmonida ta’lim jarayoniga ilg‘or pedagogik texnologiyalar va innovatsion o‘qitish usullarini keng joriy etish ustuvor vazifalardan biri sifatida belgilangan. Ushbu konsepsiyada o‘quvchilarning mustaqil va kreativ fikrlashini rivojlantirish, ta’lim sifatini xalqaro baholash dasturlari talablariga moslashtirish zarurligi alohida ta’kidlangan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi to‘g‘risidagi Farmonida har bir insonga o‘z salohiyatini ro‘yobga chiqarishi uchun munosib sharoit yaratish, sifatli ta’limni rivojlantirish va zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni ta’lim tizimiga tatbiq etish asosiy maqsadlardan biri etib belgilangan. Mazkur strategiyada yoshlarning intellektual salohiyatini oshirish, innovatsion fikrlashini shakllantirish hamda amaliy ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan vazifalar loyiha usulining ta’lim jarayonidagi ahamiyatini yanada oshiradi.

Today, in the world, modernizing the education system and introducing innovative pedagogical technologies aimed at developing students’ independent thinking and practical competencies is considered one of the urgent issues. From this point of view, the project method is becoming an important modern method that increases the effectiveness of education, directs students to research, independent problem solving, and creative activity. This method enables students to connect theoretical knowledge with practice, develop teamwork skills, and improve professional competencies. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, special attention is also paid to fundamentally improving the education system and introducing innovative approaches that meet international standards. In particular, in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of the Concept for the development of the public education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030,” the introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies and innovative teaching methods into the educational process is defined as one of the priority tasks. In this concept, the need to develop students’ independent and creative thinking and to align the quality of education with the requirements of international assessment programs is emphasized. Also, in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy, creating appropriate conditions for every person to realize their potential, developing quality education, and introducing modern pedagogical technologies into the education system are defined as one of the main goals. In this strategy, tasks aimed at increasing the intellectual potential of youth, forming innovative thinking, and developing practical skills further increase the importance of the project method in the educational process.
