MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — bo‘lajak chet tili o‘qituvchilarining professional tayyorgarligiga ta’sir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillarni aniqlash, innovatsion kompetentlikning tuzilmaviy modelini ishlab chiqish va uni rivojlantirishning samarali mexanizmlarini asoslashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, konseptual modellashtirish, pedagogik umumlashtirish va kompetentlikka asoslangan yondashuv metodlari qo‘llanildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, innovatsion pedagogik kompetentlikni rivojlantirishda tizimli yondashuv, zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etish va talabalarning doimiy o‘z-o‘zini takomillashtirishga yo‘naltirilganligi hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega. XULOSA: bo‘lajak chet tili o‘qituvchilarining innovatsion pedagogik kompetentligini rivojlantirish maxsus metodologik yondashuvlar va ta’lim mexanizmlari asosida amalga oshirilganda, ularning professional tayyorgarligi va zamonaviy ta’lim talablariga moslashuvchanligi sezilarli darajada ortadi.
INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the mechanism of developing innovative pedagogical competence among future foreign language teachers. it provides a scientific analysis of the concepts of competence, innovative activity, and pedagogical technologies. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to identify internal and external factors influencing teacher preparation, to design a structural model of innovative competence, and to determine effective mechanisms for its development. MATERIALS AND METHODS: methods included theoretical analysis, conceptual modeling, pedagogical generalization, and a competency-based approach. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that a systematic approach, the integration of modern information and communication technologies into the learning process, and students’ orientation toward continuous self-improvement play a decisive role in developing innovative pedagogical competence. CONCLUSION: enhancing innovative pedagogical competence in future foreign language teachers through methodological approaches and educational mechanisms significantly strengthens their professional preparation and adaptability to modern educational demands.
