KIRISH: mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachi-pedagoglarda kasbiy kompetensiyani shakllantirishning pedagogik shart-sharoitlari tahlil qilinadi. ta’lim jarayonida innovatsion yondashuvlardan foydalanish, amaliy mashg‘ulotlarni samarali tashkil etish va pedagogik faoliyatga tayyorgarlikni rivojlantirish masalalari yoritiladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — bo‘lajak tarbiyachi-pedagoglarning kasbiy bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarini rivojlantirishning samarali usullarini aniqlash va ularni ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etishdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, pedagogik kuzatuv, amaliy mashg‘ulotlarni modellashtirish va qiyosiy tahlil metodlari qo‘llanildi. innovatsion ta’lim texnologiyalari va amaliy ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, innovatsion yondashuvlar va amaliy mashg‘ulotlarning samarali tashkil etilishi bo‘lajak tarbiyachi-pedagoglarda kasbiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega. ta’lim jarayonida individuallashtirish, faoliyatga yo‘naltirilgan metodlar va muntazam monitoring kompetensiya shakllanishini tezlashtiradi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the pedagogical conditions for developing professional competence among future preschool teachers. it highlights the use of innovative approaches, effective organization of practical training, and the development of readiness for pedagogical activity. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to identify effective methods for enhancing professional knowledge, skills, and abilities of future teachers and to integrate them into the educational process. MATERIALS AND METHODS: methods included theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, modeling of practical sessions, and comparative analysis. mechanisms for competence development through innovative educational technologies were examined. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that innovative approaches and effective organization of practical training play a decisive role in developing professional competence. individualized learning, activity-based methods, and regular monitoring accelerate competence formation. CONCLUSION: the formation of professional competence is closely linked to pedagogical conditions. applying innovative educational technologies and organizing practical training effectively significantly enhances the professional preparation of future preschool teachers.
