this article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing digital competence among primary school teachers. The essence, structural components, and effective pedagogical mechanisms for forming digital competence are examined. Furthermore, the importance of integrating digital technologies into primary education is highlighted in the context of international experience and national educational reforms.
