KIRISH: zamonaviy kognitiv fanlar bilish jarayonining tana va sensomotor tizim bilan uzviy bog‘liqligini asoslaydi. Musiqa esa eshitishdan tashqari harakat, mushak tonusi va emotsional regulyatsiya orqali kechadigan jarayon sifatida qayta talqin qilinadi. MAQSAD: gavdalangan idrokning musiqa ta’limi va ijrochilikdagi rolini tahlil qilish hamda sensomotor integratsiya va interotsepsiya mexanizmlarini metodik jihatdan asoslash. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: embodied cognition va embodied music cognition bo‘yicha ilmiy manbalar nazariy tahlil qilindi. Oyna neyronlari, affektiv-somatik bog‘liqlik va harakatga asoslangan metodikalar qiyosiy integratsiya qilindi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: musiqani idrok etishda harakatli simulyatsiya yetakchi rol o‘ynaydi; eshitilgan tovush ichki motor patternlar orqali qayta yaratiladi. Oyna neyronlari tizimi namoyish va taqlid samaradorligini izohlaydi, interotsepsiya esa vokal barqarorlikni kuchaytiradi. “Embodied Music Lesson” modeli (sinxronizatsiya → kinestetik tahlil → ijrochilik transformatsiyasi) didaktik yechim sifatida taklif etiladi. XULOSA: gavdalangan yondashuv musiqiy ma’noni tana va ichki sezgilar bilan bir butun tizimda shakllantirishni asoslaydi. U ijrochilik ko‘nikmalari va emotsional ishtirokni chuqurlashtiradi.
INTRODUCTION: contemporary cognitive research highlights the close link between cognition and sensorimotor experience, prompting a rethinking of music pedagogy. AIM: to analyze the role of embodied cognition in music education and explain the significance of sensorimotor integration and interoception. MATERIALS AND METHODS: a theoretical review of embodied cognition and neuroscience findings, including mirror-neuron research and movement-based pedagogy, was conducted. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: musical understanding relies on motor simulation; interoceptive awareness enhances vocal stability. An “Embodied Music Lesson” model is proposed. CONCLUSION: the embodied approach deepens performance skills and emotional engagement in music learning.
