KIRISH: maqolada globallashuv sharoitida ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining transformatsiyasi konvergensiya va divergensiya nazariyalari doirasida tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy integratsiya, transmilliy korporatsiyalar faoliyatining kengayishi va raqamli iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishi turli madaniyatlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sirni kuchaytirmoqda. Shu bilan birga, global integratsiya jarayonlari ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining bir xillashuviga olib keladimi yoki milliy xususiyatlar saqlanib qoladimi, degan ilmiy muammo dolzarbligicha qolmoqda. MAQSAD: ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining konvergensiya, divergensiya va krossvergensiya yondashuvlari asosida rivojlanish mexanizmlarini tizimli tahlil qilish hamda ularning zamonaviy xalqaro biznes muhitida namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot asosan nazariy yondashuvga asoslangan bo‘lib, unda mavjud ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili orqali ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining konvergensiya va divergensiya jarayonlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida iqtisodiyot, menejment, sotsiologiya va madaniyatshunoslik sohalariga oid ilmiy manbalar tizimli ravishda ko‘rib chiqildi hamda ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi doirasida kompleks tahlil amalga oshirildi. Metodologik jihatdan ishda nazariy sintez usuli muhim o‘rin egalladi. Ushbu usul orqali konvergensiya, divergensiya va krossvergensiya konsepsiyalari mavjud ilmiy qarashlar asosida umumlashtirildi, ularning o‘xshash va farqli jihatlari aniqlashtirildi. Shuningdek, institutsional tahlil yondashuvi asosida ilmiy adabiyotlarda keltirilgan huquqiy tizimlar, mehnat bozori va davlat boshqaruvi modellari ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari, komparativ tahlil elementi ham qo‘llanilib, turli mamlakatlar va madaniy kontekstlarga oid ilmiy tadqiqotlar natijalari o‘zaro solishtirildi. Bu esa ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining shakllanishi va rivojlanishidagi umumiy va o‘ziga xos tendensiyalarni aniqlash imkonini berdi. Umuman olganda, tadqiqotning metodologik bazasi ilmiy adabiyotlarni chuqur tahlil qilishga tayangan bo‘lib, bu yondashuv ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining konvergensiya va divergensiya jarayonlarini nazariy jihatdan asoslash va tizimli tushuntirish imkonini berdi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: tadqiqot natijalari ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlari rivoji murakkab va ko‘p qatlamli jarayon ekanini ko‘rsatdi. Texnologik taraqqiyot va global raqobat ta’sirida ishlab chiqarish hamda boshqaruvda umumiy standartlar shakllanib, TQM, lean production va agile management kabi yondashuvlar konvergensiya kuchayayotganini tasdiqlaydi. Biroq madaniy qadriyatlar, ijtimoiy me’yorlar va institutsional muhit ta’sirida divergensiya ham saqlanib qolmoqda, ayniqsa liderlik, kommunikatsiya va HR jarayonlarida farqlar mavjud. Shu bilan birga, global va lokal omillar uyg‘unlashuvi natijasida krossvergensiya — ya’ni gibrid boshqaruv modellari shakllanmoqda. Ushbu holatni izohlash uchun “selektiv konvergensiya” modeli taklif etilib, unga ko‘ra texnologik darajada yaqinlashuv, madaniy darajada esa tafovutlar saqlanib, zamonaviy biznes muhitida dualistik rivojlanish yuzaga keladi. XULOSA: tadqiqot ishbilarmonlik madaniyatlarining rivojlanishi konvergensiya va divergensiya jarayonlarining o‘zaro uyg‘unligi asosida kechishini ko‘rsatdi. Texnologik va operatsion sohalarda yaqinlashuv kuchaygan bo‘lsa-da, madaniy va institutsional farqlar barqaror saqlanib qolmoqda. Bu jarayon O‘zbekiston biznes muhiti uchun ham xos bo‘lib, global standartlar va milliy xususiyatlar integratsiyasiga asoslangan gibrid boshqaruv modellari ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etmoqda.
INTRODUCTION: the article analyzes the transformation of business cultures in the context of globalization within the frameworks of convergence and divergence theories. Modern economic integration, the expansion of transnational corporations, and the development of the digital economy intensify interactions between different cultures. At the same time, the scientific question of whether global integration leads to the homogenization of business cultures or the preservation of national characteristics remains relevant. AIM: to systematically analyze the mechanisms of business culture development based on convergence, divergence, and cross-convergence approaches and to identify the features of their manifestation in the contemporary international business environment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the research is primarily based on a theoretical approach, involving the analysis of existing scholarly literature to examine the processes of convergence and divergence in business cultures. Sources in economics, management, sociology, and cultural studies were systematically reviewed, and their interrelations were analyzed comprehensively. Methodologically, theoretical synthesis played a key role, allowing for the generalization of the concepts of convergence, divergence, and cross-convergence, as well as the identification of their similarities and differences. Additionally, an institutional analysis approach was used to examine the influence of legal systems, labor markets, and state governance models, while a comparative analysis component enabled the juxtaposition of research findings from different countries and cultural contexts. This approach made it possible to determine both general and specific trends in the formation and development of business cultures. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS : the study results indicate that the development of business cultures is a complex and multi-layered process. Technological progress and global competition contribute to the formation of common standards in production and management, with approaches such as TQM, Lean Production, and Agile Management confirming the strengthening of convergence. However, divergence persists due to cultural values, social norms, and institutional environments, particularly in leadership, communication, and HR processes. The combination of global and local factors leads to the emergence of cross-convergence, i.e., hybrid management models. To explain this phenomenon, the “selective convergence” model is proposed, in which convergence occurs at the technological level while cultural differences are preserved, resulting in dualistic development in the modern business environment. CONCLUSION: the research demonstrates that the development of business cultures occurs through the interaction of convergence and divergence processes. While convergence is increasing in technological and operational areas, cultural and institutional differences remain stable. This process is also characteristic of the Uzbek business environment, where hybrid management models based on the integration of global standards and national characteristics play a key role.
