KIRISH: ushbu maqolada kurash turi bo‘yicha o‘quv-mashg‘ulot jarayonida hakamlik qilishning metodik jihatlari va uning polvonlar tayyorgarligidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. hakamlik faoliyati nafaqat qoidalar ijrosini ta’minlash, balki sportchilarning texnik-taktik xatolarini tuzatish va psixologik barqarorligini oshirish vositasi sifatida asoslab beriladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi kurash mashg‘ulotlarida hakamlik qilishning pedagogik ahamiyatini ochib berish, uning sportchilar tayyorgarligi va musobaqa natijalariga ta’sirini ilmiy asoslashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda kurash qoidalari, hakamlikka oid ilmiy maqolalar, metodik qo‘llanmalar va amaliy kuzatuvlar material sifatida tanlandi. metod sifatida tahlil, taqqoslash, pedagogik kuzatuv va sportchilar bilan suhbatlar qo‘llanildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mashg‘ulotlarda hakamlik qilish sportchilarning texnik-taktik tayyorgarligini oshiradi, psixologik adaptatsiyasini mustahkamlaydi va musobaqa jarayonida xatolarni kamaytiradi. hakamlik faoliyati pedagogik nazorat vositasi sifatida sportchilarning intizomi va motivatsiyasini kuchaytiradi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the methodological aspects of refereeing in the training process of kurash and its role in the preparation of wrestlers. refereeing activity is substantiated not only as a means of ensuring rule compliance but also as a tool for correcting technical-tactical errors and enhancing psychological stability. PURPOSE: the purpose of the study is to reveal the pedagogical significance of refereeing in kurash training, and to scientifically justify its impact on athletes’ preparation and competition outcomes. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study used kurash rules, scientific articles on refereeing, methodological manuals, and practical observations as materials. methods included analysis, comparison, pedagogical observation, and interviews with athletes. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that refereeing during training improves athletes’ technical-tactical preparation, strengthens psychological adaptation, and reduces errors during competitions. refereeing serves as a pedagogical control tool that enhances discipline and motivation among athletes. CONCLUSION: refereeing in kurash training is an effective methodological tool for developing wrestlers’ professional preparation. it contributes to the comprehensive formation of technical, tactical, and psychological readiness.
