MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — turli yosh va tayyorgarlik darajasidagi sportchilarga yiqilish texnikalarini bosqichma-bosqich o‘rgatish metodikasini ishlab chiqish va uning pedagogik samaradorligini aniqlashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda pedagogik kuzatuv, amaliy mashqlar tizimi, qiyosiy tahlil va sportchilar bilan suhbat metodlari qo‘llanildi. yiqilish texnikalarini o‘rgatishda bosqichma-bosqich yondashuv va xavfsizlik choralariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. INTRODUCTION: this article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of teaching falling techniques in wrestling disciplines. the importance of proper falling skills in ensuring athlete safety, preventing injuries, and improving technical preparation is analyzed. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to develop a step-by-step methodology for teaching falling techniques to athletes of different ages and skill levels and to evaluate its pedagogical effectiveness. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study employed pedagogical observation, a system of practical exercises, comparative analysis, and interviews with athletes. emphasis was placed on gradual training and safety measures. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that mastering proper falling techniques significantly reduces injury risks and enhances technical readiness. step-bystep training strengthens athletes’ psychological confidence and provides coaches with an effective methodological tool. CONCLUSION: teaching falling techniques plays a crucial role in ensuring safety and improving technical preparation in wrestling training. the study’s results can serve as a practical guide for coaches and specialists
