MAQSAD: raqamli ta’lim platformalarining madaniyatlararo kommunikatsiya, akademik mobillik va global kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishdagi rolini nazariy asoslash. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ilmiy manbalar nazariy tahlil qilindi va tizimli yondashuv asosida platformalarning pedagogik hamda sotsiokulturologik imkoniyatlari baholandi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: platformalar “chegarasiz ta’lim” modelini qo‘llabquvvatlab, madaniyatlararo muloqotni kengaytiradi va stereotiplarni kamaytiradi. Ular global kompetensiyalarni (hamkorlik, tanqidiy fikrlash, raqamli savodxonlik) shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi; samaradorlik pedagogik dizayn va madaniy sezgirlikka bog‘liq. XULOSA: raqamli ta’lim platformalari oliy ta’limni xalqarolashtirishning strategik resursi bo‘lib, polikultural muhit yaratish va global kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishga imkon beradi.
INTRODUCTION: globalization intensifies educational integration, and digital platforms become key tools for building multicultural learning environments. AIM: to substantiate the role of digital platforms in strengthening intercultural communication and academic mobility. MATERIALS AND METHODS: theoretical analysis and a systems approach were applied to assess pedagogical and sociocultural affordances of digital platforms. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: platforms support borderless education, expand intercultural dialogue, reduce stereotypes, and foster global competencies; effectiveness depends on instructional design and cultural sensitivity. CONCLUSION: digital platforms serve as a strategic resource for the internationalization of higher education.
