Due to the specific conditions of the aquatic environment, swimming training engages many muscle groups simultaneously, improves movement coordination, and enables the safe and gradual development of physical qualities. However, in school practice, swimming lessons are often limited to teaching technique, and a methodological approach aimed at the purposeful development of physical qualities has not been sufficiently systematized.
