Tadqiqotda mehnat qadriyatlarining aksiologik mohiyati, ijtimoiylashuv mexanizmlari, raqamli iqtisodiyot ta’siri hamda Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida yuzaga kelayotgan institutsional o‘zgarishlar yoritilgan. Maqsad: mehnat qadriyatlarining ijtimoiy-falsafiy asoslarini tahlil qilish, oila va fuqarolik jamiyati institutlarining yoshlar ijodiy mehnatga munosabatini shakllantirishdagi o‘rnini ko‘rsatish. Materiallar va metodlar: ijtimoiy-falsafiy tahlil, aksiologik izoh va institutsional o‘zgarishlarni qiyosiy o‘rganish metodlari qo‘llanildi. raqamli iqtisodiyot va innovatsion faoliyatning yoshlar ijtimoiylashuviga ta’siri alohida ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijalar va muhokama: tadqiqot natijalari oila institutlari mehnat qadriyatlarini singdirishda asosiy muhit bo‘lsa, fuqarolik jamiyati tashkilotlari motivatsiya, identitet va ijtimoiy kapitalni mustahkamlashda muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatdi. raqamli iqtisodiyot mehnatning yangi shakllarini keltirib chiqarmoqda, bu esa moslashuvchanlik va ijodkorlikni talab qiladi. yangi O‘zbekistondagi institutsional islohotlar an’anaviy qadriyatlarni zamonaviy mehnat bozori talablari bilan uyg‘unlashtirmoqda. Xulosa: metakognitiv monitoring, ijtimoiylashuv mexanizmlari va institutsional qo‘llab-quvvatlashning uyg‘unligi yoshlarning mehnatga ijodiy munosabatini kuchaytiradi. oila va fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari mustaqil fikrlash, ilmiy savodxonlik va tanqidiy tahlilni shakllantirishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, yangi O‘zbekistonning barqaror ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy taraqqiyotini ta’minlaydi.
Introduction: this article provides a comprehensive socio-philosophical analysis of the role of family and civil society institutions in shaping young people’s creative attitude toward labor in the context of modern global transformational processes. the study examines the axiological nature of labor values, mechanisms of socialization, the impact of the digital economy, as well as institutional changes emerging in the context of the new Uzbekistan. Purpose: to analyze the socio-philosophical foundations of labor values, focusing on how family and civil society institutions contribute to the development of creative labor attitudes in young people. Materials and Methods: the study applies socio-philosophical analysis, axiological interpretation, and comparative review of institutional changes. attention is given to the influence of the digital economy and innovative activity on youth socialization. Results and Discussion: findings show that family institutions provide the primary environment for instilling labor values, while civil society organizations reinforce motivation, identity, and social capital. the digital economy introduces new forms of labor, requiring adaptability and creativity. institutional reforms in the new Uzbekistan highlight the integration of traditional values with modern labor market demands. Conclusion: the joint development of metacognitive monitoring, socialization mechanisms, and institutional support strengthens youth’s creative attitude toward labor. family and civil society institutions play a decisive role in shaping independent thinking, scientific literacy, and critical analysis, ensuring sustainable socio-economic progress in the new Uzbekistan.
