KIRISH: ushbu maqolada pedagogik texnika kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishning asosiy omillari tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim tizimida pedagogik texnikadan foydalanish masalalarining dolzarbligi va kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishning ahamiyati naqadar zarurligi haqidagi fikrlar bayon etiladi. Maqolada o‘qituvchi faoliyatida pedagogik texnikaning ahamiyati, pedagogik texnikaning asosiy komponentlari, pedagogik texnikani shakllantirish yo‘llari bayon etilgan. Shuningdek kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishning usullari va yo‘llari taklif etilgan. MAQSAD: zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish masalalari dolzarb ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, ularning ta'lim jarayonlarida aks etishi bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish asosida pedagogik faoliyatga tayyorlash, pedagogik texnikani shakllantirish uchun bir necha metodlar qo‘llanildi: adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish, so‘rovnoma o‘tkazish, amaliyotga oid tadqiqotlar, statistik tahlil. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni kasbiy kompetentligini rivojanlantirish asosida pedagogik faoliyatga tayyorlash strategiyalari tahlil qilindi. Ta'lim tizimida pedagogik texnikadan foydalanishni ta'minlash va kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish zarurligi ko‘rsatilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, pedagogik texnika vositasida kasbiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish orqali bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning va ta’lim muassasasi o‘qituvchi pedagoglarining shaxsiy va kasbiy rivojlanishini kuchaytirishga, shuningdek, o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirishga yordam beradi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the main factors in the development of professional competencies in pedagogical techniques. Opinions are expressed on the relevance of the issues of using pedagogical technology in the education system and the importance of developing professional competencies. The article describes the importance of pedagogical technique in teacher activity, the main components of pedagogical technique, and ways of forming pedagogical technique. As well as methods of developing professional competencies and AIM: the issues of developing professional competencies in the modern education system are of current importance, and their reflection in the educational process is the development of professional competencies of future teachers. MATERIALS AND METHODS: in this article, several methods were used to prepare future teachers for pedagogical activity based on the development of professional competencies, the formation of pedagogical techniques: analysis of literature, conducting surveys, practical research, statistical analysis. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: in this article, strategies for preparing future teachers for pedagogical activity based on the development of professional competence were analyzed. The necessity of ensuring the use of pedagogical techniques in the education system and the development of professional competencies is indicated. The research results show that the development of professional competencies through pedagogical techniques contributes to the strengthening of the personal and professional development of future teachers and teachers of educational institutions, as well as the improvement of teachers' qualifications. CONCLUSION: in the education system, there is an opportunity to solve social problems in the educational process by developing professional competencies through pedagogical techniques. However, it is necessary to pay attention to issues of professional competence and implement certain measures to overcome existing barriers in improving the qualifications of teachers
