INTRODUCTION

The term "teacher pedagogy" refers to pedagogy that is focused on the instructor, who provides the most insightful course material. Regardless of their teaching methods, the teacher in this approach has a significant obligation to provide the pupils with accurate information promptly. The teacher can effectively serve as a model for the target language and provide a clear idea of how the students are progressing with their learning. The practice of teaching, or pedagogy, is one of the key topics that teachers research. The majority of the subjects covered in pedagogy studies fall under teaching theory or actual teaching methods. A teacher's capacity to instruct pupils and run their classroom is referred to as their pedagogical skills. Teachers acquire the necessary knowledge, comprehend their pupils, interact with parents, work cooperatively with their peers, and create their own fair rules, so throughout their careers, many teachers improve their pedagogical abilities to connect with pupils and impart content more effectively. Teachers employ a variety of pedagogical techniques to promote student learning. Learning foreign languages is becoming a crucial component of education in the current globalization process when the world is expanding in all directions. They have a significant need for language learning due to the high level of cooperation among specialists in numerous fields with foreign partners. Since we gained our freedom, foreign language education has received a lot of attention in our nation. The organization of language rooms is conclusive evidence that thousands of foreign language teachers have been trained, that the necessary frameworks for staff development both domestically and abroad have been established, and that multimedia textbooks in English, German, and French, as well as electronic resources for learning English, have been prepared.

METHODS

This study employed both qualitative and secondary data analysis techniques. The major objective is to foster the growth of global collaboration and communication through the instruction of younger generations in foreign languages and the preparation of experts who are proficient in these languages. Instructors should play a part in helping students learn foreign languages. Modern education calls for skilled professionals and an ideal staff. It should be highlighted that any teacher today must possess a thorough understanding of modern technology. The use of new information technologies by foreign language teachers in the development of pedagogical materials and the improvement of the entire learning process are highlighted below. A foreign language teacher can generate didactic resources and enhance the entire learning process using their pedagogical skills.

❖ Enhance the quality of instruction delivered.

Students have a variety of learning styles and skills, as well as various backgrounds. To address the needs of all students, inclusive education mandates that teachers use a range of instructional strategies. Teachers with special pedagogical abilities are adept at implementing a variety of instructional strategies and methods, including universal design for learning and differentiation.

❖ Make collaborative learning a priority.

Outstanding pedagogical practitioners make sure that every student has a chance to participate and understand the value of cooperation. By including gathering exercises, provoking debates, supporting peer learning, encouraging experimental learning, and organizing group activities, teachers can create a collaborative learning environment.

❖ Eliminate repetition in the classroom.

To create a classroom environment where students are enthusiastic to learn and advance, teachers should implement tactile aids, practical exercises, visual aids, and drawing illustrations after assessing the requirements and interests of the students. Teachers can do it with ease by coming up with interdisciplinary lesson plans, brainstorming ideas for activities, and posing challenging questions. In addition, educators should include hands-on activities that encourage students to explore their interests and learn new things.

❖ Offer a customized learning experience.

Teachers can use their pedagogical expertise to monitor the particular needs of each student and adapt their teaching strategies and methods accordingly.

More individualized instruction can help learners grow in ways that are unique to them, support their level of dedication, and help them achieve their full potential.

❖ Ensure critical thinking.

Teachers can use their pedagogical skills to create a learning environment in the classroom that promotes students' capacity for critical thought and problem-solving. Asking thought-provoking questions is one of the easiest yet most effective strategies to advance critical thinking. An educator could, for instance, ask, "How should this be used in real-life situations?" instead of asking questions that students must memorize.

❖ Encourage excellence in assessment.

Assessments and evaluations made by teachers with pedagogical skills can accurately reflect the learning outcomes of their pupils. In this method, they may evaluate pupils' development and identify areas that need further instruction. Teachers can employ a variety of evaluation methods, including formative assessment, questionnaires, performance-based assessment, peer assessment, and self-assessment.

RESULTS

The primary goals of the "Pedagogical Skills" in teaching foreign languages are to foster prospective teachers' creativity, professional skills, culture of treatment, and pedagogical skills as well as to foster their ability to construct original lessons and teaching methods. Pedagogical abilities impart the knowledge of advanced pedagogical experiences' independent deletion, inventiveness, and observational skills. The distribution of focus during learning and teaching, the control of knowledge, concepts, and skills, psychological conditions, and the acquisition of abilities to independently lessen the pedagogical technological culture will all be areas of emphasis for students. In the future, youngsters can thoroughly understand science since their verbal and mental skills are successfully developed.

DISCUSSION

Reducing pupil repetition and streamlining the educational process are additional ways to satisfy standards. The new foreign language curriculum considers this. To accomplish this, the teacher approaches the class in terms of thorough practical material acquisition. Because of this, the learner concentrates on the productive (speaking, writing) and receptive (listening, reading) language materials, increasing their potential. Effective generalization and enhancement of the teaching process form the cornerstone of a strong education.

The application of optimization has grown significantly more lately. A simple, convenient approach, way, method, system, concept, instrument, or activity that is ideal for students of educational institutions and their chosen disciplines is called optimization. It involves looking for and putting this method into practice. Due to varying class schedules and the influence of students' native languages, optimization is specific to different types of educational institutions. Modern communication talents, the capacity to convey information in a foreign language (by speaking, writing, and listening), and the acquisition of information (through reading, and listening), combined with education and upbringing, are necessary to carry.

CONCLUSION

Pedagogical abilities can improve the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process, support group learning, alleviate boredom, and provide a customized learning experience. The pedagogical skill analysis is crucial for learning the tricks of the trade for designing a fruitful and lasting learning experience. True education leaders are educators who help pupils realize their full potential and succeed academically. These educators are teachers with outstanding pedagogical skills.
