KIRISH: san’at va madaniyat tushunchalari insoniyat sivilizatsiyasining ikki ajralmas ustuni bo‘lib, ular bir-birini taqozo etuvchi va to‘ldiruvchi murakkab tizimni tashkil etadi. ushbu maqolada san’atning madaniyatdagi o‘rni va “madaniyat san’ati” fenomeni ilmiynazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — san’at va madaniyat o‘zaro aloqadorligini ochib berish, madaniyatning san’at darajasiga ko‘tarilish jarayonini ilmiy asoslashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda falsafiy-nazariy tahlil, aksiologik yondashuv, qiyosiy madaniyatshunoslik metodlari qo‘llanildi. globallashuv sharoitida milliy madaniyat va san’atning o‘zaro ta’siri o‘rganildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, san’at madaniyatning estetik va ma’naviy mohiyatini boyitadi, madaniyat esa san’atni ijtimoiy qadriyatlar tizimiga singdiradi. “madaniyat san’ati” fenomeni jamiyatda estetik tafakkur va ijtimoiy ongni shakllantirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. XULOSA: san’at va madaniyatning uzviyligi jamiyat taraqqiyotida strategik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, u insoniyatning ma’naviy yuksalishi va milliy qadriyatlarni asrashda asosiy omil sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi.
INTRODUCTION: art and culture are two inseparable pillars of human civilization, forming a complex system that is mutually reinforcing. this article examines the role of art within culture and the phenomenon of “culture as art” from a theoretical perspective. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to reveal the interrelation between art and culture and to substantiate the process by which culture rises to the level of art. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study employed philosophical-theoretical analysis, axiological approaches, and comparative cultural methods. the impact of globalization on the interaction between national culture and art was also explored. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that art enriches the aesthetic and spiritual essence of culture, while culture integrates art into the system of social values. the phenomenon of “culture as art” plays a crucial role in shaping aesthetic thinking and social consciousness. CONCLUSION: the unity of art and culture is of strategic importance for societal development, human spiritual elevation, and the preservation of national values.
