KIRISH: sharq uyg‘onishi an’analari (ustoz–shogird tizimi, ma’naviy qadriyatlar)ni zamonaviy innovatsion metodlar bilan birlashtirish o‘quvchilarning kompleks rivoji uchun dolzarb yo‘nalish hisoblanadi. MAQSAD: an’anaviy va innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlarni uyg‘unlashtirishning nazariy asoslari hamda amaliy mexanizmlarini aniqlash. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tarixiy-nazariy va komparativ tahlil asosida ustoz– shogird modeli hamda zamonaviy metodlar o‘rganildi. Empirik metodlar orqali pedagoglarning innovatsiyalarni joriy etish tajribasi tahlil qilindi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: individual yondashuv va ma’naviy tarbiya elementlarini interaktiv va raqamli metodlar bilan uyg‘unlashtirish dars samaradorligini oshiradi. Innovatsion metodlar kreativlik va tanqidiy tafakkurni rivojlantirsa, tarixiy qadriyatlar ma’naviy-axloqiy rivojlanishga xizmat qiladi. XULOSA: an’analar va innovatsiyalar integratsiyasi ta’limni interaktiv va ijodiy modelga olib kelib, pedagogik samaradorlikni oshiradi.
INTRODUCTION: combining the master–apprentice tradition with digital and interactive approaches represents a relevant direction in educational development. AIM: to determine theoretical foundations and mechanisms for integrating traditional and innovative methods. MATERIALS AND METHODS: historical-theoretical and comparative analysis, along with empirical study of teaching practices, were employed. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: integrating mentorship principles with interactive technologies improves engagement and learning outcomes. Traditional values strengthen moral and social development. CONCLUSION: the integration of tradition and innovation promotes a holistic and effective educational model.
