Tadqiqotda skoliozli talabalar jismoniy tayyorgarlik, mushak tonusi va orqa miya egri chizig‘ini hisobga olgan holda mashg‘ulotlarni rejalashtirish va o'tkazish usullari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqola davomida pedagogik, tibbiy va jismoniy tarbiya metodlarini birlashtiruvchi kompleks yondashuv tahlil qilingan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, maxsus metodika qo‘llanganda talabalar mushak tonusi barqarorlashadi, jismoniy faolligi oshadi, orqa miya holati yengillashadi va darsga bo‘lgan qiziqish ortadi. INTRODUCTION: this article discusses the methodology of effective organization of physical education classes for students with scoliosis. The study examined methods of planning and conducting classes for students with scoliosis, taking into account physical fitness, muscle tone and spinal curvature. The article analyzes a comprehensive approach combining pedagogical, medical and physical education methods. The results show that when using a special methodology, students’ muscle tone stabilizes, their physical activity increases, the condition of the spine improves, and their interest in the lesson increases. AIM: to determine the methodology of effective organization of physical education classes for students with scoliosis on a scientific basis and develop practical recommendations. MATERIALS AND METHODS: this article examines the scientific and methodological foundations of effective organization of physical education classes for students with scoliosis. The study used methods of planning and evaluating classes based on an integrated approach and individual methods. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the research findings demonstrated that the application of the specialized methodology led to the stabilization of students' muscle tone, increased physical activity, relief of spinal tension, and a heightened interest in the lessons. The integrated approach significantly enhanced the effectiveness of the health-improvement process. CONCLUSION: the results of the study showed that organizing physical education classes for students with scoliosis based on an integrated and individual approach gives effective results. When using special methods, students' muscle tone stabilizes, the condition of the spine improves, flexibility and strength indicators increase, and physical activity increases.
