MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — tezkor-kuch sifatlarini oshirishda pedagogik jarayonni optimallashtirish, yuklamani to‘g‘ri taqsimlash va monitoring tizimlarini joriy etish orqali sport mashg‘ulotlari samaradorligini oshirishdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda interfaol metodlar, raqamli texnologiyalar, individuallashtirilgan mashg‘ulot dasturlari hamda monitoring tizimlari qo‘llanildi. metod sifatida pedagogik kuzatuv, taqqoslash va eksperimental yondashuvlardan foydalanildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, innovatsion texnologiyalar asosida tashkil etilgan mashg‘ulotlar sportchilarning tezkor-kuch sifatlarini sezilarli darajada oshiradi. yuklamani to‘g‘ri taqsimlash va monitoring tizimlari sportchilarning individual rivojlanishini samarali nazorat qilish imkonini beradi. XULOSA: ishlab chiqilgan yondashuvlar murabbiylar faoliyatini takomillashtirish, sport mashg‘ulotlari samaradorligini oshirish va sportchilarning yuqori natijalarga erishishiga xizmat qiladi.
INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes modern approaches to effective management of speed-strength training in athletics, as well as the role and importance of innovative pedagogical technologies. it highlights the use of interactive methods, digital technologies, and individualized training programs in developing athletes’ physical qualities. PURPOSE: the purpose of the study is to optimize the pedagogical process, properly distribute training loads, and implement monitoring systems to enhance training efficiency and improve speed-strength qualities. MATERIALS AND METHODS: interactive methods, digital technologies, individualized training programs, and monitoring systems were applied. pedagogical observation, comparative analysis, and experimental approaches were used. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that training organized with innovative technologies significantly improves athletes’ speed-strength qualities. proper load distribution and monitoring systems allow effective control of individual development. CONCLUSION: the proposed approaches contribute to improving coaches’ activities, increasing training efficiency, and helping athletes achieve higher performance results.
