KIRISH: mazkur maqolada tibbiyot oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarining bilim va ko‘nikmalarini chuqurlashtirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan pedagogik mahorat masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida “Tibbiy asbob-uskunalar va yangi tibbiy texnologiyalar” fani tanlanib, o‘quv jarayonida malakali pedagoglar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ta’lim tizimida axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan (AKT) foydalanishning ijobiy jihatlari yoritilgan. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — oliy tibbiy ta’lim sifatini oshirishda pedagogik mahorat va zamonaviy texnologiyalarning o‘rnini aniqlashdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot materiali “Tibbiy asbob-uskunalar va yangi tibbiy texnologiyalar” fani bo‘yicha mashg‘ulotlarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqotda pedagogik tahlil, kuzatuv va qiyosiy yondashuv metodlaridan foydalanilgan. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: tatijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, yangi pedagogik texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi va axborot-kommunikatsiya vositalaridan foydalanish talabalarning bilimlarini chuqurlashtiradi, amaliy ko‘nikmalarini shakllantiradi va o‘qishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini oshiradi. XULOSA: xulosa qilib aytganda, pedagogik mahorat va zamonaviy texnologiyalar tibbiy ta’lim sifatini oshirishning asosiy omillaridir. Ularni qo‘llash bilimlarni samarali o‘zlashtirishni va talabalarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishni ta’minlaydi.
INTRODUCTION: this article examines the issues of pedagogical skill essential for deepening the knowledge and expertise of students in medical higher education institutions. The subject of "Medical Equipment and New Medical Technologies" was selected as the object of research, and the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies developed by qualified educators within the teaching process is analyzed. Furthermore, the positive aspects of utilizing information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational framework are highlighted. AIM: the aim of the study is to identify the role of pedagogical mastery and modern technologies in improving the quality of medical higher education. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the research material consists of classes in “Medical Equipment and New Medical Technologies.” The study employs pedagogical analysis, observation, and comparative approaches. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the results showed that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies and the use of information and communication tools deepen students’ knowledge, enhance practical skills, and increase motivation for learning. CONCLUSION: in conclusion, pedagogical mastery and modern technologies are key factors in improving the quality of medical education. Their application ensures effective knowledge acquisition and the development of students’ professional competencies.
