KIRISH: hozirgi globallashuv va madaniy integratsiya jarayonida musiqa ta’limi, xususan vokal san’ati yoshlarning estetik didini shakllantirishda muhim o‘rin egallaydi. Vokal ijrochilikda ovoz sifatini belgilovchi asosiy omillardan biri — to‘g‘ri nafas olish texnikasidir. Nafas olish jarayoni oddiy fiziologik hodisa bo‘lsa-da, uni vokal ijroga moslashtirish maxsus pedagogik yondashuvni talab qiladi. To‘g‘ri nafas orqali ovozning kuchi, tembri, diapazoni va barqarorligi boshqariladi. Shu sababli vokal ta’limida nafasni to‘g‘ri shakllantirish masalasi dolzarb pedagogik muammo sifatida qaraladi. MAQSAD: mazkur ishning maqsadi vokal ta’limida to‘g‘ri nafas olish texnikasining ahamiyatini ilmiy jihatdan asoslash hamda uni shakllantirishning samarali usullarini aniqlashdan iborat. METODLAR VA MATERIALLAR: tadqiqot jarayonida nazariy va amaliy metodlardan foydalanildi. Xususan, vokal pedagogikasi, musiqa didaktikasi va inson fiziologiyasiga oid ilmiy manbalar tahlil qilindi. Kuzatish metodi orqali talabalar bilan olib borilgan vokal mashg‘ulotlar o‘rganildi. Amaliy metod sifatida maxsus nafas mashqlari — diafragmal nafas olish, nafasni ushlab turish va bosqichma-bosqich chiqarish mashqlari qo‘llanildi. Shuningdek, taqqoslash metodi yordamida to‘g‘ri va noto‘g‘ri nafas olish natijalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot materiali sifatida vokal mashqlar majmuasi va pedagogik kuzatuv natijalari xizmat qildi. NATIJA VA MUHOKAMA: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, to‘g‘ri nafas olish texnikasini egallagan talabalarda ovoz sifati sezilarli darajada yaxshilanadi. Ular ovozni erkin boshqarish, uzoq musiqiy frazalarni to‘liq ijro etish hamda intonatsion aniqlikni saqlash imkoniyatiga ega bo‘ladilar. Ayniqsa, diafragmal nafas olish usuli eng samarali texnika sifatida e’tirof etildi. Ushbu usul orqali nafas chuqur olinadi va tejamkor sarflanadi, natijada ovoz apparatiga ortiqcha yuk tushmaydi. Muhokama jarayonida aniqlanishicha, muntazam mashqlar orqali nafasni boshqarish ko‘nikmasi shakllanadi va bu vokal ijrochilik sifatini oshiradi. Shu bilan birga, individual yondashuvning ahamiyati ham katta, chunki har bir talabaning fiziologik xususiyatlari turlicha bo‘ladi. XULOSA: vokal ta’limida to‘g‘ri nafas olish texnikasi xonandalik mahoratini rivojlantirishning asosiy omillaridan biridir. Uni samarali o‘rgatish uchun nazariy bilimlar va amaliy mashqlar uyg‘unligini ta’minlash, diafragmal nafas olishni muntazam mashq qilish hamda individual yondashuvni qo‘llash zarur. To‘g‘ri nafas olish texnikasi shakllangan ijrochilar yuqori darajadagi vokal natijalarga erishadilar.
INTRODUCTION: in the context of modern globalization and cultural integration, music education, particularly vocal art, plays an important role in shaping the aesthetic taste of young people. One of the key factors determining the quality of vocal performance is proper breathing technique. Although breathing is a natural physiological process, adapting it to vocal performance requires a special pedagogical approach. Through proper breathing, the strength, timbre, range, and stability of the voice are controlled. Therefore, the formation of correct breathing technique in vocal education is considered an актуal pedagogical issue. AIM: the purpose of this study is to scientifically substantiate the importance of proper breathing technique in vocal education and to identify effective methods for its development. METHODS AND MATERIALS: the study employed both theoretical and practical methods. In particular, scientific sources on vocal pedagogy, music didactics, and human physiology were analyzed. The observation method was used to study vocal training sessions with students. As a practical method, special breathing exercises were applied, including diaphragmatic breathing, breath-holding exercises, and controlled exhalation techniques. In addition, a comparative method was used to analyze the outcomes of correct and incorrect breathing. The research materials included sets of vocal exercises and the results of pedagogical observations. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the results of the study showed that students who mastered proper breathing technique demonstrated a significant improvement in voice quality. They were able to control their voice more freely, perform long musical phrases, and maintain accurate intonation. Diaphragmatic breathing was identified as the most effective technique. This method allows for deep inhalation and economical use of air, thereby reducing strain on the vocal apparatus. The discussion revealed that regular practice helps develop breath control skills and enhances vocal performance quality. Moreover, an individual approach is essential, as each student has unique physiological characteristics. CONCLUSION: in conclusion, proper breathing technique is one of the key factors in developing vocal mastery. Its effective formation requires a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, regular training in diaphragmatic breathing, and an individualized approach. Mastery of proper breathing technique enables performers to achieve a high level of vocal performance.
