MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — xotin-qizlar sportida fiziologik moslashuv va biomexanik xususiyatlarni hisobga olgan holda jismoniy tayyorgarlik metodikasini takomillashtirishdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda fiziologik kuzatuv, biomexanik tahlil, asab-mushak boshqaruvi va yuklama monitoringi metodlari qo‘llanildi. jarohatlanish xavfi va sport natijadorligiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the impact of physiological and biomechanical characteristics on the physical training process of female athletes. adaptation of cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, endocrine, and energy systems to load cannot be assessed by the same criteria as male athletes. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to improve training methodology for female athletes by considering their physiological and biomechanical specificities. MATERIALS AND METHODS: methods included physiological observation, biomechanical analysis, neuromuscular control assessment, and load monitoring. comparative analysis was conducted on injury risks and performance outcomes. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that female athletes adapt to training loads differently than males. musculoskeletal features, endocrine balance, and energy resources play a decisive role in training efficiency. biomechanical approaches reduce injury risks and enhance performance. CONCLUSION: incorporating physiological and biomechanical characteristics into female athletes’ training ensures improved performance, reduced injury risks, and greater sustainability in professional sports careers
