SANOAT CHIQINDILARI ASOSIDA EKOLOGIK TOZA G‘ISHT VA BETON KOMPOZITLARINI ISHLAB CHIQISH TEXNOLOGIYASI

Ushbu maqolada sanoat chiqindilari (kul-shlak, fosfogips va metallurgiya chiqindilari) asosida ekologik toza va tejamkor qurilish materiallari g‘isht va beton kompozitlarini ishlab chiqish texnologiyasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi atrof-muhitga ta’sirni kamaytirish hamda qurilish sohasida resurs tejovchi yondashuvlarni joriy etishdan iborat. Ish jarayonida chiqindilarni qayta ishlashning fizik-kimyoviy usullari, bog‘lovchi moddalar bilan optimal nisbatlarni aniqlash va olingan namunalarning mustahkamlik hamda issiqlik o‘tkazuvchanlik xususiyatlarini laboratoriya sharoitida tekshirish natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, sanoat chiqindilaridan foydalanish nafaqat ekologik muammolarni hal qilishga, balki qurilish materiallarining tannarxini pasaytirish va sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
This article analyzes the technology for developing environmentally friendly and economical building materials - brick and concrete composites based on industrial waste (fly ash, phosphogypsum and metallurgical waste). The main goal of the study is to reduce the impact on the environment and introduce resource-saving approaches in the construction industry. The results of the physicochemical methods of waste processing in the process of work, the determination of optimal proportions of binders and the results of laboratory testing of the strength and thermal conductivity properties of the obtained samples are presented. The results of the study show that the use of industrial waste not only helps to solve environmental problems, but also reduces the cost of building materials and improves their quality.
