MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi โ sprinterlarda tezkor-kuch sifatlarini rivojlantirishda plyometrik mashqlar, intervalli trenirovka, individual yuklama monitoringi va raqamli nazorat vositalarining samaradorligini aniqlashdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda differensial yondashuv, plyometrik mashqlar, intervalli mashgโulotlar, raqamli monitoring tizimlari va individualizatsiya metodlari qoโllanildi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: natijalar shuni koโrsatdiki, maxsus tezkor-kuch mashqlari oโsmir va talaba sprinterlarda start tezlanishi hamda maksimal tezlikni sezilarli darajada oshiradi. plyometrik mashqlar portlovchi kuchni rivojlantiradi, intervalli trenirovka esa chidamlilik va qadam chastotasini yaxshilaydi. raqamli nazorat vositalari yuklamani individual nazorat qilish imkonini beradi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes modern pedagogical approaches to developing speed-strength qualities in short-distance runners. the main factors determining sprint performance โ start acceleration, explosive power, stride frequency, and technical stability โ are examined through innovative training methods. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of plyometric exercises, interval training, individualized load monitoring, and digital control tools in enhancing sprintersโ speed-strength abilities. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study applied differential approaches, plyometric drills, interval sessions, digital monitoring systems, and individualized training strategies. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that specialized speed-strength exercises significantly improve start acceleration and maximum velocity in adolescent and student sprinters. plyometrics enhance explosive power, interval training improves endurance and stride frequency, while digital tools allow precise individual load control. CONCLUSION: modern pedagogical approaches are effective in developing speedstrength qualities and boosting sprint performance. innovative methods combined with individualized training contribute to greater technical stability and overall athletic achievement in short-distance running.
