KIRISH: globalizatsiya va raqamli texnologiyalarning rivojlanishi bilan ta’lim jarayoni axborot va telekommunikatsiya vositalariga bog‘liq bo‘lib qoldi. Talabalar uchun axborot resurslariga tezkor kirish, bilimni tahlil qilish va almashish qobiliyatini oshirish dolzarb vazifa hisoblanadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, AT&T vositalari talablarning axborot mobilligini rivojlantirishda samarali vosita bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – axborot va telekommunikatsiya texnologiyalari yordamida talablarning axborot mobilligini oshirishning metodik asoslarini aniqlash va uning samaradorligini tahlil qilishdir. Axborot mobilligi tushunchasini aniqlash. AT&T vositalarining didaktik va metodik imkoniyatlarini o‘rganish. AT&T yordamida talablarning axborot qidirish, tahlil qilish va samarali foydalanish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish yo‘llarini ko‘rsatish. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ushbu tadqiqot ishida ilmiy maqolalar, ta’lim platformalari (Moodle, Google Classroom), elektron kitoblar va ilmiy resurslar, interaktiv o‘quv materiallari asosida amalga oshirildi. Talabalar AT&T vositalarini qo‘llash orqali mustaqil axborot izlash, ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish va taqdim etish amaliyotini bajardilar. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki: axborot va telekommunikatsiya texnologiyalari orqali talabalarning axborot mobilligini rivojlantirish AT&T vositalaridan muntazam foydalanish talablarning axborot qidirish va tahlil qilish qobiliyatini sezilarli darajada oshirdi. Interaktiv platformalar talabalarni faol ishtirok etishga rag‘batlantirdi va mustaqil o‘rganish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirdi. Talabalar axborot resurslarini tezkor aniqlash, ularni to‘g‘ri tashkil etish va boshqa talabalar bilan samarali almashish imkoniyatlarini mustahkamlashdi. Onlayn forumlar va virtual guruh ishlari hamkorlik ko‘nikmalarini oshirdi, muloqot va kommunikativ kompetensiyani rivojlantirdi. XULOSA: axborot va telekommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llash talablarning axborot mobilligini samarali rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Bu yondashuv talabalarni mustaqil izlanishga rag‘batlantiradi, axborotni tahlil qilish va taqdim etish ko‘nikmalarini oshiradi, shuningdek, muloqot va hamkorlik qobiliyatlarini rivojlantiradi.
INTRODUCTION: in the context of globalization and the development of digital technologies, the educational process has become dependent on information and telecommunication tools. For students, ensuring quick access to information resources, developing skills in knowledge analysis, and facilitating information exchange are urgent tasks. In this regard, ICT serves as an effective tool for developing students’ informational mobility. AIM: the main objective of the study is to identify the methodological foundations for enhancing students’ informational mobility through information and telecommunication technologies and to analyze their effectiveness. The tasks include defining the concept of informational mobility, exploring the didactic and methodological potential of ICT, and demonstrating ways to develop students’ skills in searching, analyzing, and effectively using information with the help of ICT. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study was conducted based on scientific articles, educational platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom), electronic books and scholarly resources, as well as interactive learning materials. Students practiced independent information searching, analysis, and presentation using ICT tools. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the study results showed that developing students’ informational mobility through ICT: Regular use of ICT significantly improves students’ ability to search for and analyze information; Interactive platforms encourage active student participation and foster independent learning skills; Students strengthened their ability to quickly identify information resources, organize them properly, and exchange information effectively with peers; Online forums and virtual groups enhanced collaboration skills, communication, and overall communicative competence. CONCLUSION: the use of information and telecommunication technologies in the educational process contributes to the effective development of students’ informational mobility. This approach stimulates independent research, enhances skills in analyzing and presenting information, and supports the development of communication and collaboration skills.
