KIRISH: maqolada biologiya fanini o‘qitishda o‘quvchilarning bilim faoliyatini faollashtirishning ilmiy-pedagogik asoslari, zamonaviy ta’lim texnologiyalarining roli, o‘quv jarayonida motivatsiya va interaktiv metodlarning samaradorligi yoritildi. Faollashtirishning tashkiliy–pedagogik shartlari va amaliy mexanizmlari tahlil qilindi. Qo‘llanilgan usullar orqali o'quvchilarning qiziqishini oshirish, tahliliy fikrlashini rivojlantirish, bilim olishga bo'lgan qiziqishini uyg'otish va o'quv jarayonini individual ehtiyojlarga moslashtirishga yordam berishiga qaratilgan. Maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, innovatsion texnologiyalar, interfaol metodlar (munozara, loyiha ishlari, amaliy mashg'ulotlar), didaktik o'yinlar va innovatsion texnologiyalar еchimlardan foydalanish bo'yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. MAQSAD: ta’lim tizimida o‘quvchilarga faqat nazariy bilim, malaka va ko‘nikmalarni berish bilan kifoyalanmasdan, o‘rganayotgan ma’lumotlarini jamiyatda o‘z shaxsiy, kasbiy va ijtimoiy faoliyatlarida qo‘llay olish kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishga oid metodik tavsiyalar beriladi. Biologiya darslarida o‘quvchilarning bilim faoliyatini faollashtirishning ilmiy-metodik asoslarini ishlab chiqish va ta’lim amaliyotiga joriy etish MATERIAL VA METODLAR: kuzatish, tajriba, test, so‘rovnoma, suhbat, pedagogik monitoring, statistik tahlil, modellashtirish metodlari yordamida o‘quvchilarning bilim faoliyatini faollishga erishish uchun amalga oshirilmoqda.Bundan tashqari dars jarayonini unumli tashkil etish maqsadida turli dars ishlanmalaridan foydalanildi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: tadqiqot natijalari akademik litseylar, umumiy o‘rta ta’lim bilan oliy ta’lim o‘rtasidagi o‘quvchilarning biologiyani o‘qitishning tamoyillari va ilmiymetodik yondashuvlarni ko‘rsatib berishdan iboratdir. Tadqiqotlar natijasida maktablar va oliy ta’lim muassalarida biologiya fanini o‘qitish samaradorligi oshdi. XULOSA: o‘quvchilarning bilim faoliyati psixologik, didaktik va konseptual jihatlari bilan uzviy bog‘liq. Psixologik mexanizmlar, didaktik tamoyillar va konseptual yondashuvlar biologiya darslarida o‘quvchilarning faolligini oshirish va bilimlarni mustahkamlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Faol o‘qitish metodlari o‘quvchilarning mustaqil fikrlash, eksperiment va kuzatish orqali bilimlarni chuqur o‘zlashtirish qobiliyatini rivojlantiradi. INTRODUCTION: the article discusses the scientific and pedagogical foundations of activating students' cognitive activity in teaching biology, the role of modern educational technologies, the effectiveness of motivation and interactive methods in the learning process. The organizational and pedagogical conditions and practical mechanisms of activation are analyzed. The methods used are aimed at increasing students' interest, developing analytical thinking, arousing their interest in learning, and helping to adapt the learning process to individual needs. The article provides recommendations on the use of modern pedagogical approaches, innovative technologies, interactive methods (discussion, project work, practical exercises), didactic games, and innovative technology solutions. PURPOSE: in the education system, methodological recommendations are given on the formation of competencies that allow students to apply the information they learn in their personal, professional, and social activities in society. Development of scientific and methodological foundations for activating students' cognitive activity in biology lessons and their implementation in educational practice MATERIAL AND METHODS: observation, experiment, test, questionnaire, interview, pedagogical monitoring, statistical analysis, modeling methods are used to achieve activation of students' cognitive activity. In addition, various lesson developments were used to effectively organize the lesson process. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the results of the study are to show the principles and scientific and methodological approaches to teaching biology to students in academic lyceums, general secondary education and higher education. As a result of the research, the effectiveness of teaching biology in schools and higher educational institutions has increased. CONCLUSION: students' cognitive activity is inextricably linked with its psychological, didactic and conceptual aspects. Psychological mechanisms, didactic principles and conceptual approaches play an important role in increasing students' activity in biology lessons and consolidating knowledge. Active teaching methods develop students' ability to deeply assimilate knowledge through independent thinking, experimentation, and observation. On this basis, it is necessary to use methods aimed at activating cognitive activity in planning biology lessons.
