this article examines the theoretical, pedagogical, and methodological foundations for developing a healthy lifestyle among primary school students. It analyzes effective ways to create a healthy educational environment, enhance students’ hygiene skills and physical activity, and integrate health-preserving competencies into the learning process. The importance of interactive methods, practical activities, and collaboration with parents is substantiated. The conclusions of the study may serve as a basis for developing methodological recommendations aimed at fostering a sustainable healthy lifestyle in primary school pupils.
