KIRISH: XXI asr axborot texnologiyalari asri bo‘lib, bu davrda internet va ijtimoiy tarmoqlar jamiyat hayotining muhim qismiga aylandi. Ayniqsa, yoshlar orasida ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish darajasi juda yuqori bo‘lib, ular kundalik hayotining muhim qismini virtual muhitda o‘tkazmoqda. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlar yoshlarning axborot olish, muloqot qilish, o‘z fikrini erkin ifoda etish hamda shaxsiy qiziqishlarini namoyon etishiga keng imkoniyat yaratadi. Shu bilan birga, bu platformalar yoshlarning psixologik rivojlanishi, emotsional holati va ijtimoiy xulq-atvoriga ham sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Psixologik nuqtai nazardan qaralganda, o‘smirlik va yoshlik davri shaxs shakllanishining eng muhim bosqichlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bu davrda shaxsning o‘z-o‘zini anglash, o‘zini baholash, ijtimoiy muhitga moslashish va shaxsiy identifikatsiyasi shakllanadi. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlar esa ushbu jarayonga turlicha ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Bir tomondan, ular yoshlarning ijtimoiy faolligini oshiradi, yangi do‘stlar orttirish imkonini beradi va bilim olish manbai bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Bugungi kunda psixologiya fanida ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning yoshlar ruhiyatiga ta’siri alohida tadqiqot obyekti sifatida o‘rganilmoqda. Shu sababli mazkur tadqiqot yoshlar psixologiyasi nuqtai nazaridan ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning ta’sirini tahlil qilishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, ularning ijobiy va salbiy jihatlarini ilmiy asosda ko‘rsatishga xizmat qiladi. MAQSAD: mazkur tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning yoshlar psixologiyasiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’sirini psixologik jihatdan tahlil qilish, yoshlarning emotsional holati, ijtimoiy munosabatlari va shaxsiy rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni aniqlashdan iborat. Shuningdek, tadqiqot quyidagi vazifalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi. Yoshlarning ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish motivlarini aniqlash, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning yoshlar emotsional holatiga ta’sirini o‘rganish, virtual muloqotning yoshlar ijtimoiy xulqatvoriga ta’sirini tahlil qilish, ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan haddan tashqari foydalanishning psixologik oqibatlarini aniqlash. METODLAR VA MATERIALLAR: tadqiqot jarayonida psixologiya va pedagogika sohasidagi ilmiy adabiyotlarni tahlil qilish, kuzatish, so‘rovnoma o‘tkazish, taqqoslash va umumlashtirish metodlaridan foydalanildi. Shuningdek, yoshlarning ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish darajasini aniqlash maqsadida empirik tadqiqotlar olib borildi. Tadqiqot davomida yoshlarning kundalik internetdan foydalanish vaqti, virtual muloqotdagi faolligi hamda ularning emotsional holati o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganildi. Material sifatida psixologik tadqiqotlar natijalari, yoshlar orasida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnomalar hamda ilmiy manbalardagi nazariy qarashlar asos qilib olindi. Ushbu metodlar yordamida ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning yoshlar psixologiyasiga ta’siri chuqur tahlil qilindi. NATIJA VA MUHOKAMALAR: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar yoshlarning ijtimoiy va psixologik rivojlanishiga turli yo‘nalishlarda ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Avvalo, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar yoshlarning axborot olish imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi. Ular orqali yoshlar yangi bilimlarga ega bo‘lishi, dunyoqarashini kengaytirishi hamda turli madaniyatlar bilan tanishishi mumkin. Bundan tashqari, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar yoshlar o‘rtasida muloqotni osonlashtiradi, yangi ijtimoiy aloqalarni shakllantirishga yordam beradi. Ular yoshlarning axborot olish, muloqot qilish va o‘zini namoyon etish imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi. Shu bilan birga, ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan haddan tashqari foydalanish psixologik muammolar, xususan, virtual qaramlik, stress va ijtimoiy moslashuv qiyinchiliklariga olib kelishi mumkin. Shu sababli yoshlarni ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan ongli va maqsadli foydalanishga o‘rgatish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ta’lim muassasalari va ota-onalar yoshlarning raqamli madaniyatini shakllantirishga alohida e’tibor qaratishi zarur. Ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan me’yorida foydalanish yoshlarning sog‘lom psixologik rivojlanishi va ijtimoiy moslashuvi uchun muhim omil hisoblanadi.
INTRODUCTION: the 21st century is considered the era of information technologies, in which the Internet and social networks have become an important part of social life. The level of social network usage is especially high among young people, who spend a significant portion of their daily lives in the virtual environment. Social networks provide wide opportunities for young people to obtain information, communicate, freely express their opinions, and demonstrate their personal interests. At the same time, these platforms significantly influence the psychological development, emotional state, and social behavior of youth. From a psychological perspective, adolescence and youth are among the most important stages in the formation of personality. During this period, selfawareness, self-esteem, social adaptation, and personal identity are formed. Social networks can influence these processes in different ways. On the one hand, they increase the social activity of young people, help them find new friends, and serve as a source of knowledge. On the other hand, excessive immersion in the virtual environment may lead to a reduction in real-life social interactions, psychological dependence, and increased stress and anxiety. Today, in psychological science, the influence of social networks on youth psychology is considered a separate object of research. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of social networks on youth psychology and to scientifically identify their positive and negative aspects. AIM: the main objective of this study is to analyze the psychological impact of social networks on youth and to identify factors influencing the emotional state, social relationships, and personal development of young people. The study also includes the following tasks: to determine the motives for young people’s use of social networks, to study the impact of social networks on the emotional state of youth, to analyze the influence of virtual communication on the social behavior of young people, to identify the psychological consequences of excessive use of social networks. METHODS AND MATERIALS: in the course of the research, methods such as analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific literature, observation, surveys, comparison, and generalization were used. In addition, empirical studies were conducted to determine the level of social network use among young people. During the research, the relationship between the daily time spent on the Internet, the level of activity in virtual communication, and the emotional state of youth was examined. The research materials included the results of psychological studies, survey data collected among young people, and theoretical concepts presented in scientific sources. These methods made it possible to conduct a deeper analysis of the influence of social networks on youth psychology. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the results of the study showed that social networks influence the social and psychological development of youth in various ways. First, social networks expand opportunities for obtaining information. Through them, young people can acquire new knowledge, broaden their worldview, and become familiar with different cultures. In addition, social networks facilitate communication among young people and help establish new social connections. However, excessive use of social networks may lead to several psychological problems. In particular, phenomena such as virtual addiction, low self-esteem, stress, and depressive states can be observed among young people. The demonstration of an “ideal lifestyle” on social networks often leads young people to compare their lives with those of others, which can result in psychological dissatisfaction. Moreover, excessive virtual communication may weaken real-life social relationships. As a result, some young people may experience difficulties in face-to-face communication. From a psychological perspective, this situation may negatively affect the process of social adaptation. At the same time, the proper and moderate use of social networks can have a positive impact on the personal development of youth. If young people use these platforms for learning, developing their interests, and strengthening social connections, it may positively influence their psychological development. CONCLUSION: based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that social networks have a significant impact on youth psychology. They expand opportunities for obtaining information, communication, and self-expression. However, excessive use of social networks can lead to psychological problems such as virtual addiction, stress, and difficulties in social adaptation. Therefore, it is important to teach young people to use social networks consciously and purposefully. Educational institutions and parents should pay special attention to developing digital culture among youth. Moderate and rational use of social networks is an important factor in the healthy psychological development and successful social adaptation of young people.
