Introduction The 21st century is being exactly the century of innovation, development and advanced technology. Trends in technology, education and economics are moving fast towards automation. This revolution that the world is going up, and that is most felt in the workplace, would not have been possible without the preparation of a new generation who in the future will be the flourishing instruments of a dynamic modern world. In today’s fast-paced and technological world, individuals from different backgrounds, ethnicities and languages are interacting now more than ever before. What used to take weeks to communicate via letter can now be transformed in mere minutes by a text message. Also, the English language plays a significant role on the internet and social media as it serves as a global lingua franca, allowing people from diverse linguistic backgrounds to communicate and share information effectively. Many websites, platforms, and content online are predominantly in English, contributing to its widespread usage and influence in these digital spaces.
