Tadqiqot intensiv ta’limning mohiyati, uning pedagogik jarayondagi o‘rni va talabalarning kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyatini ochib beradi. Shuningdek, intensiv yondashuv orqali qisqa vaqt ichida bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarni samarali shakllantirish imkoniyatlarining ilmiy asoslari yoritilgan. Maqolada talabalarning kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirishda interaktiv metodlar, muammoli ta’lim, loyihaga asoslangan ta’lim va raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishning o‘ziga xos jihatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Intensiv ta’lim jarayonida o‘quv faoliyatining jadalligi, mazmunning integrativ tabiati va amaliy yo‘naltirilganlik asosiy omillar sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, intensiv ta’lim yondashuvi talabalarda mustaqil fikrlash, tezkor qaror qabul qilish, kasbiy muammolarni hal qilish va ijodiy yondashuvni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Shu asosda kasbiy kompetentlikni shakllantirishning samarali mexanizmlari ishlab chiqilgan va ularning pedagogik amaliyotda qo‘llanilishi asoslab berilgan. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the mechanisms of developing students' professional competence based on the intensive education approach. The study reveals the essence of intensive education, its role in the pedagogical process, and its importance in increasing students' readiness for professional activity. It also sheds light on the scientific basis on the possibilities of effectively forming knowledge, skills, and competencies in a short period of time through an intensive approach. The article considers the specific aspects of using interactive methods, problem-based learning, project-based learning, and digital technologies in developing students' professional competence. In the process of intensive education, the intensity of educational activities, the integrative nature of the content, and the practical orientation are interpreted as the main factors. According to the results of the study, the intensive educational approach serves to develop independent thinking, quick decision-making, professional problem solving and creative approach in students. On this basis, effective mechanisms for the formation of professional competence have been developed and their application in pedagogical practice has been substantiated. AIM: the aim of the study is to identify and substantiate effective mechanisms of professional competence development in students through intensive learning, focusing on interactive methods, problem-based learning, project-based teaching, and digital technologies. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the research material consists of teaching practices in higher pedagogical institutions, particularly within intensive learning environments. The study employs pedagogical analysis, comparative approaches, and experimental testing to evaluate the effectiveness of interactive methods, project-based learning, and digital integration. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that intensive learning fosters independent thinking, rapid decision-making, problem-solving, and creative approaches among students. The integrative content, practical orientation, and accelerated pace of intensive learning are identified as key factors. Interactive methods, problem-based learning, project-based teaching, and digital technologies significantly contribute to the deepening of professional competence. CONCLUSION: in conclusion, the intensive learning approach serves as an effective pedagogical strategy for developing students’ professional competence. It enhances their readiness for professional activity by cultivating independent thought, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Practical recommendations for applying intensive learning mechanisms in pedagogical practice are provided, along with evidence of their potential to improve educational effectiveness.
