KIRISH: sharq mutafakkirlari (Al-Farobi, Ibn Sino, Imom Ghazaliy, Jaloliddin Rumi va boshqalar) pedagogik merosi insonning ma’naviy, axloqiy va aqliy rivojlanishi uchun muhim nazariy poydevor hisoblanadi. Ularning g‘oyalari shaxsni komil inson sifatida tarbiyalash va jamiyatga foydali a’zoga aylantirishga qaratilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida esa bu merosni innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar bilan uyg‘unlashtirish talab etiladi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, pedagogik nazariya va amaliyotda Sharq pedagogik merosining o‘rni va innovatsion yondashuvlarni tadqiq qilish dolzarb ilmiy masala hisoblanadi. MAQSAD: ushbu ilmiy ishning asosiy maqsadi – Sharq pedagogik merosini o‘rganish va uni zamonaviy innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar bilan uyg‘unlashtirib, komil insonni tarbiyalashning nazariy va amaliy konsepsiyasini ishlab chiqishda dozarb ahamiyatga ega. Farobiy, Ibn Sino, Gazzoliy va Rumiy pedagogik g‘oyalarini tizimli o‘rganish orqali ularning shaxs tarbiyasidagi ma’naviy, axloqiy va aqliy komponentlarini ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida tadbiq etish, shaxsning axloqiy, ma’naviy, aqliy va ijodiy kamolotini shakllantirish mezonlarini belgilashda STEAM, loyiha asosida ta’lim, interaktiv va raqamli metodlarni Sharq pedagogik merosi bilan integratsiya qilish ta’lim jarayonida komil insonni tarbiyalash bo‘yicha innovatsion metodlar va texnologiyalarni tatbiq etish usullari ishlab chiqildi. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ushbu tadqiqot ishida Sharq pedagogik merosi asarlari, zamonaviy pedagogika adabiyotlari, amaliy tahlillar, nazariy, amaliy, emperik metodlar orqali amalga oshirildi. Sharq pedagogik merosini zamonaviy pedagogik amaliyot bilan uyg‘unlashtirish imkonini beradi, o‘quvchilarda axloqiy, ma’naviy, aqliy va ijodiy kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish usullarini aniqlaydi, komil insonni tarbiyalash bo‘yicha nazariy va amaliy model ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: sharq pedagogik merosida komil insonni tarbiyalashda axloqiy, ma’naviy va ilmiy komponentlarni uyg‘unlashtirishga urg‘u beradi. Aqliy rivojlanish va tafakkur asosida shaxsni tarbiyalashni tavsiya qiladi, ruhiy va axloqiy tarbiya orqali ichki kamolotga erishish, mehr-muhabbat va ijodiy tafakkur asosida shaxsni shakllantiradi. STEAM va loyiha asosida ta’lim orqali axloqiy va ma’naviy qadriyatlarni amaliy mashg‘ulotlarda tatbiq etiladi. Interaktiv va raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida o‘quv jarayonini qiziqarli va samarali qiladi. Mentorlik va refleksiya orqali o‘quvchining shaxsiy rivojlanishini nazorat qiladi. Integratsiyalashgan o‘quv dasturlari: nazariya va amaliyotni uyg‘unlashtiradi. Sharq pedagogik merosi zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar bilan uyg‘unlashtirilganda, o‘quvchilarda ma’naviy, axloqiy, aqliy va ijodiy kompetensiyalar rivojlanadi. Komil inson konsepsiyasi – nafaqat bilimga, balki shaxsiy fazilat, mas’uliyat va kreativlikka asoslangan holda shakllanadi. INTRODUCTION: the pedagogical heritage of Eastern thinkers (Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Imam Ghazali, Jalaladdin Rumi, and others) represents an important theoretical foundation for the spiritual, moral, and intellectual development of the individual. Their ideas are aimed at cultivating the human being as a perfect personality and transforming them into a beneficial member of society. In contemporary educational processes, it is necessary to integrate this heritage with innovative pedagogical technologies. From this perspective, studying the role of Eastern pedagogical heritage and innovative approaches in educational theory and practice is a relevant scientific problem. AIM: the main purpose of this study is to examine Eastern pedagogical heritage and integrate it with modern innovative pedagogical technologies to develop a theoretical and practical concept of educating the perfect human. By systematically studying the pedagogical ideas of Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ghazali, and Rumi, the spiritual, moral, and intellectual components in personality development were identified. Criteria for forming moral, spiritual, intellectual, and creative development were established, and methods for integrating STEAM, project-based learning, interactive, and digital methods with Eastern pedagogical heritage in the educational process were developed. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study utilized works of Eastern pedagogical thinkers, contemporary pedagogical literature, and practical analyses. Theoretical, practical, and empirical methods were applied. This research enabled the integration of Eastern pedagogical heritage with modern educational practice, identified methods for developing students’ moral, spiritual, intellectual, and creative competencies, and contributed to the development of a theoretical and practical model for educating the perfect human. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS : eastern pedagogical heritage emphasizes integrating moral, spiritual, and intellectual components to educate the perfect human. It recommends the development of personality based on intellectual growth and reasoning, spiritual and moral education promotes inner perfection, and love and creative thinking shape the individual. STEAM and project-based learning are used to apply moral and spiritual values in practical lessons. Interactive and digital technologies make the learning process engaging and effective. Mentoring and reflection enable monitoring students’ personal development. Integrated curricula harmonize theory and practice. When Eastern pedagogical heritage is combined with modern pedagogical technologies, students develop moral, spiritual, intellectual, and creative competencies. The concept of the perfect human is formed not only through knowledge but also through personal qualities, responsibility, and creativity. Innovative approaches enhance educational quality and stimulate student motivation. CONCLUSION: the pedagogical heritage of Eastern thinkers serves as an effective theoretical foundation for educating the perfect human. When integrated with modern innovative pedagogical technologies, it shapes not only knowledge and skills but also personal and spiritual perfection. Mentoring, reflection, and project-based learning stimulate students’ creative and intellectual development.
