KIRISH: maqolada O‘zbekiston iqlim sharoitiga mos, yuqori funksional, ergonomik va gigiyenik talablarga javob beruvchi kompression sport buyumlarini mahalliy xomashyodan ishlab chiqarish hozirgi kunda dolzarb muammolardan biridir. Mamlakatimizda to‘qimachilik xomashyosi va ishlab chiqarish salohiyati yetarli bo‘lishiga qaramasdan, kompression sport kiyimlarining sanoat miqyosida ishlab chiqarilishi yetarli darajada yo‘lga qo‘yilmagan. Bu esa import mahsulotlarga qaramlikni keltirib chiqarmoqda. O‘zbekiston sharoitiga mos innovatsion elastik trikotaj asosida yuqori funksional kompression sport buyumlarini ishlab chiqish va ularning texnologiyasini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan mazkur dissertatsiya ishi ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, yengil sanoat va sport sanoati rivojiga xizmat qilishi bilan dolzarb hisoblanadi. MAQSAD: o‘zbekiston iqlim sharoitiga mos innovatsion elastik trikotaj materiallar asosida yuqori funksional kompression sport buyumlarini yaratishning ilmiy-texnologik asoslarini ishlab chiqish, ularning antropometrik mosligi, siqish xususiyatlari, texnologik parametrlari hamda ekspluatatsion ko‘rsatkichlarini kompleks tadqiq etish va sport hamda sport-tibbiy kiyimlar sifatini oshirishga qaratilgan taklif va tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining sanoatni rivojlantirish, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish va sog‘lom turmush tarzini targ‘ib qilishga qaratilgan farmon va qarorlari, xususan, PF-4947-sonli Farmoni mazkur yo‘nalishda ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borish zarurligini belgilab beradi. Kompression sport buyumlarining antropometrik mosligi, elastik trikotaj materiallarning siqish xususiyatlari, texnologik parametrlari va ekspluatatsion ko‘rsatkichlarini ilmiy asosda o‘rganish sport va sport-tibbiy kiyimlar sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: tadqiqot natijalari kompression sport buyumlarini loyihalash va ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llaniladigan elastik trikotaj materiallarning strukturaviy, fizik-mexanik, elastik va siqish xususiyatlari kompleks tarzda o‘rganildi. Inson tanasining antropometrik o‘lchamlari va morfologik xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda kompression sport kiyimlarining qomatga mosligi va shinamligini ta’minlash omillari aniqlab berildi. Elastomer iplar ulushi, trikotaj to‘qimasi turi va texnologik parametrlarga bog‘liq holda materiallarning siqish darajasi, deformatsiyalanish va tiklanish jarayonlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijasida kompression sport buyumlarida me’yorlashgan bosim hosil qilish mexanizmi ilmiy jihatdan asoslandi. O‘zbekiston iqlim sharoitida foydalanish uchun mo‘ljallangan kompression sport buyumlarining gigiyenik va ekspluatatsion ko‘rsatkichlari baholanib, ularning sportchilar organizmiga fiziologik jihatdan ijobiy ta’siri aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar asosida kompression sport kiyimlarini ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasini takomillashtiriladi va shu jihatdan savodli kadrlarni tayyorlash muhim ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatadi. XULOSA: o‘zbekiston iqlim sharoitiga mos innovatsion kompression sport buyumlarini yaratish imkoniyati mavjudligi aniqlanib, mahalliy xom-ashyodan foydalangan holda yuqori sifatli, import o‘rnini bosuvchi va eksportbop mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishning ilmiy-texnologik asoslari ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari sport va sporttibbiy kiyimlar assortimentini kengaytirish, ularning sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirish hamda yengil sanoat va sport sanoatini texnologik jihatdan modernizatsiya qilishga, kompression sport buyumlarini loyihalash, ishlab chiqarish va takomillashtirish jarayonlarida qo‘llanilishi mumkin bo‘lib, sog‘lom turmush tarzini targ‘ib qilish hamda sportchilar va aholining keng qatlamlari uchun qulay va funksional kiyimlar yaratishga xizmat qiladi.
INTRODUCTION: this article examines the production of compression sportswear from local raw materials suitable for Uzbekistan's climatic conditions and meeting high functional, ergonomic, and hygienic requirements. This is a pressing issue. Despite the sufficient amount of textile raw materials and production capacity in our country, the industrial production of compression sportswear is underdeveloped. This leads to dependence on imported products. This dissertation, aimed at developing highly functional compression sportswear based on innovative elastic knitwear suitable for the conditions of Uzbekistan and improving its technology, has scientific and practical significance and is relevant, as it contributes to the development of the light industry and sports industries. AIM: to develop a scientific and technical basis for the creation of highly functional compression sportswear based on innovative elastic knitwear adapted to the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, conduct a comprehensive study of their anthropometric compatibility, compression properties, technological parameters, and performance indicators, and develop proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of sportswear and sports-medical clothing. MATERIALS AND METHODS: this article examines decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at industrial development, the introduction of innovative technologies, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, in particular Decree No. PF-4947, which define the need for scientific research in this area. Scientific study of the anthropometric compatibility of compression sportswear, the compression properties, technological parameters, and performance indicators of elastic knitted materials will contribute to improving the quality of sportswear and sports-medical clothing. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: this study provided a comprehensive examination of the structural, physical, mechanical, elastic, and compressive properties of elastic knitted materials used in the design and production of compression sportswear. Factors that ensure the fit and comfort of compression sportswear, taking into account the anthropometric dimensions and morphological characteristics of the human body, were identified. The degree of material compression, deformation, and recovery processes were analyzed depending on the proportion of elastomer yarns, the type of knitted fabric, and process parameters. The study provided a scientifically substantiated mechanism for normalized pressure development in compression sportswear. The hygienic and performance characteristics of compression sportswear designed for use in the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan were assessed, and its physiologically beneficial effects on athletes were determined. Based on the obtained results, compression sportswear production technology is being improved, and the training of competent personnel is of great importance in this regard. CONCLUSION: the possibility of creating innovative compression sportswear suitable for the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan has been identified, and the scientific and technical foundations for the production of high-quality, import-substituting, and export-oriented products using local raw materials have been developed. The results of the study can be used to expand the range of sports and sports-medical clothing, improve its quality indicators, technologically modernize the light industry and sports industry, as well as in the design, production and improvement of compression sportswear, promote a healthy lifestyle and create comfortable and functional clothing for athletes and the general public.
