KIRISH: maktabgacha yosh davri bolaning har tomonlama rivojlanishida, ayniqsa nutq shakllanishida muhim bosqich hisoblanadi. Aynan shu davrda bolaning fikrlashi, muloqotga kirishishi, atrof-muhitni anglash jarayoni nutq orqali namoyon bo‘ladi. Shuning uchun maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida bolalar nutqini rivojlantirish pedagogik jarayonning ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida qaraladi. Nutqning yetarli darajada rivojlanishi bolaning ijtimoiy moslashuvi, intellektual salohiyati hamda keyingi ta’lim bosqichlaridagi muvaffaqiyatiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Bugungi kunda maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida zamonaviy ilmiy-pedagogik yondashuvlardan foydalanish bolalar nutqini rivojlantirish samaradorligini oshirishda muhim omil bo‘lib xizmat qilmoqda. Innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, interfaol metodlar, o‘yin faoliyati hamda kommunikativ yondashuvlar bolalarning nutqiy faolligini kuchaytirib, ularning lug‘at boyligini oshirish, mustaqil fikrlash va muloqot madaniyatini shakllantirishga yordam beradi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar nutq taraqqiyotida zamonaviy ilmiy-pedagogik yondashuvlarning o‘rni va ahamiyatini o‘rganish dolzarb ilmiy-pedagogik masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu yondashuvlarning mazmuni, ularning nutq rivojiga ta’siri hamda amaliy qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. MAQSAD: mazkur maqolaning maqsadi maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar nutq taraqqiyotida zamonaviy ilmiy-pedagogik yondashuvlarning o‘rni va ahamiyatini ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilish, nutq rivojlantirish jarayonida samarali pedagogik metod va texnologiyalarni aniqlash hamda ularni maktabgacha ta’lim amaliyotida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini yoritishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: mazkur tadqiqotda maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar nutq taraqqiyotini rivojlantirishga oid ilmiy-pedagogik manbalar, metodik qo‘llanmalar, davlat ta’lim standartlari hamda zamonaviy pedagogik tadqiqotlar material sifatida tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida qo‘llanilayotgan nutq rivojlantirish metodlari va pedagogik texnologiyalar o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida nazariy tahlil, pedagogik kuzatish, taqqoslash, umumlashtirish hamda metodik adabiyotlarni o‘rganish usullaridan foydalanildi. Ushbu metodlar maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalar nutqini rivojlantirishda zamonaviy ilmiy-pedagogik yondashuvlarning samaradorligini aniqlash va ularning amaliy ahamiyatini yoritishga xizmat qildi. Muhokamalar jarayonida aniqlanishicha, an’anaviy metodlar bilan bir qatorda zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni uyg‘unlashtirish bolalarning nutq rivojlanishida yanada samarali natija beradi. Xususan, didaktik o‘yinlar, suhbat, hikoya tuzish, rolli o‘yinlar va multimedia vositalaridan foydalanish bolalarda mustaqil fikrlash, muloqot madaniyati hamda nutqiy ijodkorlikni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ilmiy-pedagogik asoslangan yondashuvlar tizimli ravishda qo‘llanilganda bolalarning nutq rivoji, ijtimoiy muloqotga kirishish qobiliyati hamda tafakkur faolligi sezilarli darajada oshadi. Bu esa maktabgacha ta’lim jarayonida nutq rivojlantirish ishlarini ilmiy asosda tashkil etish muhimligini yana bir bor tasdiqlaydi. Ayniqsa, zamonaviy ilmiy-pedagogik yondashuvlarga asoslangan ta’lim jarayoni bolalarning nutqiy faolligini oshirish, lug‘at boyligini kengaytirish hamda muloqot madaniyatini shakllantirishda samarali vosita bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Pedagogik tajribalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, innovatsion metodlar, interfaol mashg‘ulotlar, didaktik o‘yinlar, kommunikativ texnologiyalar hamda axborot-kommunikatsiya vositalaridan foydalanish bolalarning nutq rivojiga sezilarli ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, nutq rivojlantirish jarayonida bolaning individual xususiyatlarini hisobga olish, qulay pedagogik muhit yaratish hamda ta’lim va tarbiya uyg‘unligini ta’minlash muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tarbiyachi va pedagoglarning zamonaviy pedagogik kompetensiyaga ega bo‘lishi, metodik yondashuvlarni to‘g‘ri tanlay bilishi ham nutq taraqqiyoti samaradorligini oshiradi. Shu sababli kelgusida nutq rivojlantirish metodlarini takomillashtirish, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni amaliyotga keng joriy etish hamda ushbu yo‘nalishda ilmiy tadqiqotlarni davom ettirish dolzarb vazifalardan biri bo‘lib qoladi.
INTRODUCTION: the preschool period is an important stage in the comprehensive development of a child, especially in the formation of speech. It is during this period that the child's thinking, communication, and perception of the environment are manifested through speech. Therefore, the development of children's speech in the preschool education system is considered one of the priority areas of the pedagogical process. Adequate speech development directly affects the child's social adaptation, intellectual potential, and success in subsequent stages of education. Today, the use of modern scientific-pedagogical approaches in the preschool education system serves as an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of the development of children's speech. Innovative pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, game activities and communicative approaches enhance children's speech activity, help to increase their vocabulary, form a culture of independent thinking and communication. In this regard, the study of the role and significance of modern scientific and pedagogical approaches in the development of speech in preschool children is one of the current scientific and pedagogical issues. This article analyzes the content of these approaches, their impact on speech development and the possibilities of practical application. AIM: the purpose of this article is to scientifically analyze the role and significance of modern scientific and pedagogical approaches in the development of speech in preschool children, to identify effective pedagogical methods and technologies in the process of speech development and to highlight the possibilities of their application in preschool education practice. MATERIALS AND METHODS: in this study, scientific and pedagogical sources, methodological manuals, state educational standards and modern pedagogical research on the development of speech in preschool children were analyzed as materials. Also, the methods of speech development and pedagogical technologies used in preschool educational organizations were studied. The research process used the methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, comparison, generalization, and methodological literature study. These methods served to determine the effectiveness of modern scientific and pedagogical approaches in the development of speech of preschool children and to highlight their practical significance. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the results of the study showed that the use of modern scientific and pedagogical approaches in the development of speech of preschool children significantly increases the effectiveness of speech development. In particular, interactive methods, game technologies, communicative approaches, and innovative pedagogical tools have a positive effect on enhancing children's speech activity, increasing vocabulary, and forming the skills of fluent and logical expression. During the discussions, it was found that the combination of modern pedagogical technologies along with traditional methods gives more effective results in the development of children's speech. In particular, didactic games, conversations, storytelling, role-playing games and the use of multimedia tools serve to develop independent thinking, communication culture and speech creativity in children. The results showed that when scientifically and pedagogically based approaches are systematically used, children's speech development, ability to engage in social communication and thinking activity significantly increase. This once again confirms the importance of organizing speech development work in the preschool education process on a scientific basis. CONCLUSION: in conclusion, the development of speech in preschool children plays an important role in their intellectual, social and personal development. In particular, the educational process based on modern scientific and pedagogical approaches serves as an effective tool for increasing children's speech activity, expanding their vocabulary, and forming a culture of communication. Pedagogical experience shows that the use of innovative methods, interactive exercises, didactic games, communicative technologies, and information and communication tools has a significant positive impact on the development of children's speech. Also, in the process of speech development, it is important to take into account the individual characteristics of the child, create a favorable pedagogical environment, and ensure the harmony of education and upbringing. The presence of modern pedagogical competence of educators and pedagogues and the ability to correctly choose methodological approaches also increase the effectiveness of speech development. In general, the organization of children's speech development in the preschool education system on a scientific and pedagogical basis not only forms their speech competence, but also develops the ability to think independently, be socially active, and communicate. Therefore, in the future, one of the urgent tasks will be to improve speech development methods, widely introduce innovative pedagogical technologies into practice, and continue scientific research in this area.
