KIRISH: musiqa san’at maktablari zamonaviy ta’lim tizimining muhim bo‘g‘ini sifatida nafaqat ijrochilik mahoratini, balki o‘quvchilarning estetik didi, ijodiy tafakkuri va shaxsiy fazilatlarini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi. Bugungi globallashuv va raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida ta’lim jarayonini samarali tashkil etish innovatsion boshqaruv mexanizmlarini joriy etishni taqozo etmoqda. Innovatsion boshqaruv – bu ta’lim muassasasida zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, raqamli vositalar, ijodiy metodlar hamda psixologik yondashuvlar asosida boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish jarayonidir. Ushbu jarayonda pedagogik va psixologik omillar hal qiluvchi ahamiyat kasb etadi. Sharq mutafakkirlarining, jumladan, Abu Nasr Forobiy hamda Abu Ali ibn Sino ta’lim va tarbiya haqidagi qarashlarida shaxs kamoloti, ruhiy barkamollik va san’atning tarbiyaviy ahamiyati alohida ta’kidlangan. Zamonaviy pedagogika va psixologiya fanlari ham ijodiy muhitni yaratish, motivatsiyani kuchaytirish va individual yondashuvni boshqaruvning asosiy omili sifatida ko‘rsatadi. Shu bois musiqa san’at maktablarida innovatsion boshqaruvning pedagogik-psixologik omillarini ilmiy asosda o‘rganish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi – musiqa san’at maktablarida innovatsion boshqaruvni samarali tashkil etishda pedagogik va psixologik omillarning o‘rni hamda ta’sir mexanizmlarini aniqlash va ularni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot jarayonida quyidagi metodlardan foydalanildi: Nazariy tahlil metodi – pedagogika va psixologiya sohasidagi ilmiy manbalarni o‘rganish va umumlashtirish; Kuzatish metodi – musiqa san’at maktablarida boshqaruv va ta’lim jarayonini monitoring qilish; So‘rovnoma va intervyu – o‘qituvchilar, rahbarlar va o‘quvchilar o‘rtasida innovatsion boshqaruv samaradorligini aniqlash; Tajriba-sinov ishlari – innovatsion boshqaruv elementlarini amaliyotga joriy etish orqali natijalarni taqqoslash; Psixologik diagnostika metodlari – motivatsiya, ijodiy faollik va kommunikativ kompetensiyalarni aniqlash. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida musiqa san’at maktablari faoliyati, predmeti sifatida esa innovatsion boshqaruvning pedagogikpsixologik omillari belgilandi MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, musiqa san’at maktablarida innovatsion boshqaruv samaradorligi quyidagi pedagogik-psixologik omillarga bog‘liq: 1.Motivatsion muhitning yaratilishi – o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchilarning ichki rag‘batini qo‘llab-quvvatlash. 2.Ijodiy erkinlik va shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv – individual qobiliyatlarni rivojlantirish. 3.Raqamli texnologiyalar integratsiyasi – onlayn platformalar, audio-vizual vositalardan foydalanish. 4.Rahbarning liderlik kompetensiyasi – demokratik boshqaruv uslubi, samarali kommunikatsiya. 5.Psixologik iqlimning sog‘lomligi – ijobiy muloqot va hamkorlik muhiti. Amaliy tajriba natijalari innovatsion boshqaruv joriy etilgan maktablarda o‘quvchilarning ijodiy faolligi, sahna madaniyati va o‘ziga ishonch darajasi oshganini ko‘rsatdi. O‘qituvchilarda esa kasbiy qoniqish va metodik yangilanishga intilish kuchaydi. Shuningdek, boshqaruv jarayonida refleksiya, o‘z-o‘zini baholash va jamoaviy qaror qabul qilish mexanizmlarining qo‘llanishi ijobiy natija berdi. Motivatsiya, ijodiy muhit, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv hamda demokratik boshqaruv uslubi ta’lim sifatini oshirishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. INTRODUCTION: music schools of arts, as an important component of the modern education system, serve not only to develop performance skills but also to shape students’ aesthetic taste, creative thinking, and personal qualities. In the context of globalization and digital transformation, the effective organization of the educational process requires the implementation of innovative management mechanisms.Innovative management is the process of improving the management system of an educational institution based on modern pedagogical technologies, digital tools, creative methods, and psychological approaches. In this process, pedagogical and psychological factors play a decisive role.In the works of Eastern scholars, particularly Abu Nasr Forobiy and Abu Ali ibn Sino, special emphasis is placed on personal development, spiritual maturity, and the educational significance of art. Modern pedagogical and psychological sciences also identify the creation of a creative environment, the enhancement of motivation, and an individual-centered approach as key management factors.Therefore, the scientific study of pedagogical and psychological factors of innovative management in music schools of arts is considered a relevant and significant issue. AIM: the purpose of the study is to determine the role and impact mechanisms of pedagogical and psychological factors in organizing effective innovative management in music schools of arts and to develop scientifically grounded recommendations for their improvement. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the following research methods were used in the study: Theoretical analysis – study and generalization of scientific sources in pedagogy and psychology; Observation method – monitoring of management and educational processes in music schools of arts; Survey and interview – identification of the effectiveness of innovative management among teachers, administrators, and students; Experimental work – implementation of innovative management elements into practice and comparative analysis of results; Psychological diagnostic methods – assessment of motivation, creative activity, and communicative competencies. The object of the research was the activity of music schools of arts, while the subject was the pedagogical and psychological factors of innovative management. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the research findings showed that the effectiveness of innovative management in music schools of arts depends on the following pedagogical and psychological factors: 1.Creation of a motivational environment – supporting the internal motivation of teachers and students. 2.Creative freedom and a student-centered approach – development of individual abilities. 3.Integration of digital technologies – use of online platforms and audiovisual tools. 4.Leadership competence of administrators – democratic management style and effective communication. 5.A healthy psychological climate – positive interaction and collaboration. Practical results demonstrated that in schools where innovative management was implemented, students’ creative activity, stage culture, and self-confidence increased. Teachers showed higher professional satisfaction and a stronger commitment to methodological innovation. Furthermore, the application of reflection, self-assessment, and collective decision-making mechanisms in the management process yielded positive outcomes. CONCLUSION: the effective organization of innovative management in music schools of arts depends on the harmonious integration of pedagogical and psychological factors. Motivation, a creative environment, a student-centered approach, and a democratic management style are essential for improving the quality of education. According to the research results: The innovative management system positively influences students’ creative and aesthetic development; A management model based on pedagogical and psychological approaches increases educational effectiveness; The use of digital and interactive methods elevates music education to a new qualitative level. In the future, it is advisable to further improve the innovative management model, enhance teachers’ psychological competence, and widely implement digital management systems.
