KIRISH: maqolada o‘qituvchilarning inklyuziv madaniyatini rivojlantirishda ijtimoiypedagogik hamkorlik strategiyalarining ahamiyati yoritilgan. inklyuziv madaniyat ta’lim jarayonida barcha o‘quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini inobatga olishni ta’minlaydi. MAQSAD: o‘qituvchilar, ota-onalar va jamiyatning boshqa a’zolari o‘rtasida hamkorlikni kuchaytirish orqali har bir o‘quvchining individual rivojlanishini qo‘llabquvvatlash. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda ijtimoiy-pedagogik hamkorlik tajribalari, ta’lim strategiyalari va o‘qituvchilarning amaliy faoliyati tahlil qilindi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: hamkorlikning kuchayishi o‘quvchilarning ta’lim jarayonida faol ishtirokini ta’minlab, inklyuziv madaniyatni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. XULOSA: inklyuziv madaniyatni rivojlantirishda o‘qituvchi, ota-ona va jamiyat hamkorligi muhim omil hisoblanadi.
INTRODUCTION: the article highlights the importance of socio-pedagogical cooperation strategies in developing teachers’ inclusive culture. inclusive culture ensures that the needs of all students are considered in the educational process. PURPOSE: to strengthen collaboration among teachers, parents, and community members in order to support the individual development of each student. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study analyzed practices of socio-pedagogical cooperation, educational strategies, and teachers’ professional activities. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: strengthening cooperation fosters active student participation in the learning process and contributes to the development of inclusive culture. CONCLUSION: developing inclusive culture requires close collaboration between teachers, parents, and society.
