INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes state policy aimed at improving the management system on an innovative basis, as well as the necessity of effectively applying modern pedagogical and methodological approaches. the role of management functions in the education system is examined. PURPOSE: the aim of the study is to conduct a thorough analysis of management functions from pedagogical and methodological perspectives and to develop mechanisms for their improvement based on integration. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study employed management theory, pedagogical observation, methodological analysis, and comparative approaches. functions such as planning, organizing, coordinating, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating were systematically studied. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: findings indicate that the integration of management functions enhances the effectiveness of the educational process. innovative approaches make management more flexible and result-oriented. pedagogical and methodological foundations enrich the content of the management process. CONCLUSION: management plays a strategic role in modern education, and its improvement is ensured through the harmony of planning, organizing, coordinating, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating functions.
