MAQSAD: differensiallashtirish shaxsiy rivojlanish trayektoriyasini qo‘llabquvvatlovchi muhim pedagogik mexanizm sifatida talqin etiladi. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda innovatsion ta’lim jarayonida baholash mexanizmlari, individual yondashuv va kognitiv jarayonlarni hisobga oluvchi pedagogik metodlar tahlil qilindi. PURPOSE: differentiation is interpreted as a key pedagogical mechanism that supports the trajectory of personal development. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study examined assessment mechanisms, individualized approaches, and pedagogical methods that take into account students’ cognitive processes. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the harmony between assessment and differentiation enhances educational effectiveness, considers students’ individual characteristics, and supports the formation of personal development trajectories. CONCLUSION: applying assessment and differentiation mechanisms in innovative education ensures higher learning efficiency by addressing students’ individualpsychological features.
