Among the prominent scholars whose works were used as a theoretical foundation is N.N. Azizkhodzhayeva, who analyzed issues of pedagogical technology and pedagogical mastery and substantiated teacher professional training as a systemic process. According to her, the effectiveness of pedagogical activity depends not only on methodological knowledge but also on the harmonious development of personal and psychological qualities. This approach served as an important theoretical basis for defining the integration model. R.J. Ishmukhamedov emphasizes that in the process of implementing modern pedagogical technologies in education, the communicative and reflective competence of the teacher plays a crucial role. This highlights the necessity of organizing the pedagogical process not only methodologically but also psychologically. E.G. Goziev, in his studies on general and pedagogical psychology, substantiates that a teacher’s personal characteristics, motivation, and emotional stability are essential factors of professional success. He argues that the teacher’s professional self-awareness develops through reflective activity. Z.T. Nishonova analyzes pedagogical diagnostics and assessment technologies and demonstrates the importance of monitoring systems in identifying and developing professional competencies.
