ANNOTATION

Abstract. Security is the most essential element of every sovereign country. Nowadays there are a lot of international and local crimes in the life of society. Such as terrorism, criminal and extremist activities. They are the most hazardous. As well as every kind of countries try to get more safe and powerful police system. OPERATIONAL-SEARCH ACTIVITY is the main and basic part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In this article, we discuss some types of principles and elements of operational-search activity.

Operational-search activity is the most important aspect of modern law enforcement activity. It includes a number of activities aimed at detecting, preventing and responding to criminal activity. The success of operational-search measures depends on the correlation of goals and objectives. In this article, we will consider the importance of the correlation of goals and objectives in operational-search activities.

Goals and objectives are the two most important components that determine the success of any operational-search activity. Goals are general statements that define what an organization is striving for. Goals, on the other hand, are specific and measurable targets that are set to achieve overall goals. Operational-search activity requires clear and specific goals and objectives consistent with the mission of the organization.

The ratio of goals and objectives is of decisive importance in the operationalsearch activity, as it allows you to effectively implement operational strategies. Correlation ensures that objectives are aligned with organizational goals. This ensures that resources are used efficiently to achieve the desired results. In addition, the correlation between goals and objectives provides a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved and helps to prioritize actions that will bring the best results.

In operational-search activity, it is impossible to overestimate the importance of the correlation of goals and objectives. The task of any operational-search activity is to identify, prevent and suppress criminal activity. The organization's goals may include reducing crime, improving public safety, and enhancing the organization's reputation. The correlation between these goals and objectives ensures that resources are used effectively to achieve the desired results.

One of the key benefits of matching goals and objectives is that it allows effective strategies to be developed. By matching objectives to goals, organizations can develop strategies to achieve the desired results. This guarantees efficient and rational use of resources. Thus, operational-search activity is crucial for maintaining law and order in any society. The success of these activities depends on the balance of goals and objectives. Correlation ensures that resources are used effectively to achieve desired outcomes. It also allows the development of effective strategies focused on achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore, it is important for law enforcement agencies to ensure that they have clear and specific goals and objectives that are consistent with their mission.

Operational-search activity is one of the key functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Its main goal is to ensure the safety of citizens and the protection of public order. To achieve this goal, clear objectives are needed, the fulfillment of which also strengthens the law enforcement system as a whole. The goals and objectives of operational-search activities are closely related. The goals are more general and are determined by the legislation of Uzbekistan. They may include the prevention and suppression of terrorism, criminal and extremist activities, as well as the protection of public interests. Tasks are determined by a specific operational plan and are aimed at fulfilling the goals. They may include the collection and analysis of information, the conduct of operational-search activities, including the use of special devices and technologies.

The operational-search activity must be carried out in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan and on the basis of decisions of judges issued in the manner prescribed by law. All actions must be legal and have a justification. The basis for conducting operational-search activities is information that can be obtained both openly and in secret. However, it is important to remember that there should be no excessive use of special means, such as telephone subscriber lines, video and audio recording.

The purpose and objectives of operational-search activities are in constant relationship. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to complete tasks, which in turn are aimed at obtaining the necessary data to complete the task. If in the process of performing tasks it turns out that the goal has lost its relevance or is not necessary, then operational-search measures are terminated.

It is important to remember that operational-search activity is one of the means to achieve the goals of crime prevention and protection of public order. The government should help criminal and nationalist groups by raising the standard of living and ensuring the general welfare of ordinary citizens. This will achieve a higher level of security and peace in society.
