Xususiy maktablar zamonaviy ta’lim xizmatlarini taklif etish, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni joriy etish hamda ta’lim sifati va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim o‘rin tutadi. Shu bilan birga, ushbu muassasalarning samarali faoliyat yuritishi ko‘p jihatdan boshqaruv tizimining to‘g‘ri tashkil etilishiga bog‘liq. Xususiy maktablarda boshqaruv faoliyatining samaradorligi pedagogik, tashkiliy hamda ijtimoiy omillar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq bo‘lib, bu jarayonni ilmiy jihatdan o‘rganish dolzarb pedagogik muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur tadqiqot xususiy maktablar boshqaruv faoliyatining samaradorligini pedagogik muammo sifatida tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. MAQSAD: xususiy maktablar boshqaruv faoliyatining samaradorligini pedagogik nuqtai nazardan o‘rganish, boshqaruv jarayoniga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni aniqlash hamda ta’lim muassasalarida samarali boshqaruvni tashkil etish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot jarayonida pedagogik tahlil, taqqoslash, kuzatish, so‘rovnoma, suhbat hamda statistik tahlil metodlaridan foydalanildi. Shuningdek, ta’lim boshqaruvi, pedagogika va ta’lim menejmenti sohasiga oid ilmiy adabiyotlar o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot materiallari sifatida xususiy maktablarning boshqaruv tizimi, pedagogik jamoa faoliyati, ta’lim sifati ko‘rsatkichlari hamda o‘quv jarayonini tashkil etish jarayonlari tahlil qilindi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, xususiy maktablarda boshqaruv samaradorligi rahbarning boshqaruv kompetensiyasi, pedagogik jamoa bilan samarali hamkorlik, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish va ta’lim sifatini muntazam monitoring qilish bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Boshqaruv jarayonida strategik rejalashtirish, motivatsiya tizimi, pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishini qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda ota-onalar bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Shuningdek, zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari va pedagogik menejment elementlarini qo‘llash xususiy maktablar faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi. XULOSA: xususiy maktablar boshqaruv faoliyatining samaradorligi ta’lim sifati, pedagogik jamoaning kasbiy salohiyati hamda ta’lim jarayonining samarali tashkil etilishiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari xususiy ta’lim muassasalarida boshqaruv jarayonini ilmiy asosda takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatdi. Samarali boshqaruv modeli ta’lim muassasasining barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlash bilan birga, ta’lim xizmatlarining sifatini ham oshiradi.
INTRODUCTION: in recent years, as a result of reforms implemented in the education system, the number of private educational institutions has been increasing significantly. Private schools play an important role in providing modern educational services, introducing innovative pedagogical technologies, and improving the quality and competitiveness of education. At the same time, the effective functioning of these institutions largely depends on the proper organization of the management system. The effectiveness of management activities in private schools is closely related to pedagogical, organizational, and social factors, and the scientific study of this process is considered one of the urgent pedagogical problems. This research is aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of management activities in private schools as a pedagogical problem. AIM: the main objective of the study is to examine the effectiveness of management activities in private schools from a pedagogical perspective, identify factors influencing the management process, and develop scientifically grounded recommendations for organizing effective management in educational institutions. MATERIALS AND METHODS: during the research, methods such as pedagogical analysis, comparison, observation, questionnaires, interviews, and statistical analysis were used. In addition, scientific literature related to educational management, pedagogy, and educational management was studied. The research materials included the analysis of the management system of private schools, the activities of the teaching staff, indicators of education quality, and the organization of the educational process. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the results of the research showed that the effectiveness of management in private schools is directly related to the managerial competence of the leader, effective cooperation with the teaching staff, the introduction of innovative technologies, and regular monitoring of education quality. Strategic planning, motivation systems, support for teachers’ professional development, and strengthening cooperation with parents play an important role in the management process. In addition, the application of modern management approaches and elements of pedagogical management contributes to improving the efficiency of private school activities. CONCLUSION: the effectiveness of management activities in private schools directly influences the quality of education, the professional potential of the teaching staff, and the effective organization of the educational process. The results of the research indicate the necessity of improving the management process in private educational institutions on a scientific basis. An effective management model not only ensures the sustainable development of educational institutions but also improves the quality of educational services.
