XULOSA: XXI asrda shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’limni raqamli texnologiyalar bilan birgalikda qo‘llash ta’lim samaradorligini oshirishning eng muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi.
INTRODUCTION: this article presents an opinion on the types of personality-oriented learning, its role in society, and the importance and relevance of technology use in the 21st century during the era of digital development. PURPOSE: the purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical foundations of personality-oriented education and highlight the pedagogical significance of integrating digital technologies into the learning process. MATERIALS AND METHODS: scientific articles, monographs, and modern educational practices were selected as the basis. methods included analysis, comparison, and pedagogical observation. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that personality-oriented education, when combined with digital technologies, significantly enhances students’ motivation, creativity, and communication skills. CONCLUSION: in the 21st century, the integration of personality-oriented education with digital technologies is one of the key factors in improving the effectiveness of education.
