KIRISH: globallashuv, raqamli texnologiyalar va sun’iy intellekt jadal rivojlanayotgan XXI asrda ta’lim tizimi oldiga yangi talablar qo‘yilmoqda. Endilikda o‘quvchilarga faqat nazariy bilim berish yetarli emas, balki ularni hayotiy vaziyatlarda mustaqil qaror qabul qila oladigan, muammolarni hal qila biladigan, jamoada samarali ishlay oladigan va ijodkor shaxs sifatida shakllantirish zarur. Shu ehtiyojdan kelib chiqib, xalqaro ta’lim amaliyotida “4K” modeli keng qo‘llanilmoqda. “4K” tushunchasi ingliz tilidagi Critical thinking (tanqidiy fikrlash), Creativity (ijodkorlik), Communication (muloqot), Collaboration (hamkorlik) ko‘nikmalarini anglatadi. Ushbu model o‘quvchilarning intellektual, ijtimoiy va kasbiy kompetensiyalarini kompleks rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. MAQSAD: mazkur ishning asosiy maqsadi – “4K” ta’lim modeli mazmunini ochib berish, uning pedagogik ahamiyatini asoslash hamda zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llash mexanizmlarini tahlil qilishdan iborat. Shuningdek: XXI asr ko‘nikmalarining ta’limdagi o‘rni va ahamiyatini aniqlash; “4K” komponentlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatish; Mazkur modelni amaliyotga joriy etishning samarali usullarini yoritish ko‘zda tutiladi. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ushbu tadqiqotda zamonaviy pedagogik adabiyotlar, xalqaro ta’lim dasturlari (PISA, UNESCO tavsiyalari), kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosidagi me’yoriy hujjatlar, ilmiy maqolalar va metodik qo‘llanmalar, tahlil va sintez metodi, taqqoslash metodi, kuzatish va umumlashtirish, pedagogik tajribalarni o‘rganishdan foydalanildi. “4K” modeli asosida ta’lim jarayonida quyidagi interfaol metodlar samarali hisoblanadi: Muammoli ta’lim, loyiha metodi (Project-based learning), klaster va “Aqliy hujum” (Brainstorming), debat va munozaralar, jamoaviy topshiriqlar.Ushbu metodlar o‘quvchilarda mustaqil fikrlash, ijodiy yondashuv va jamoada ishlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantiradi. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: olingan natijalar shuni tasdiqlaydiki, “4K” modeli an’anaviy ta’limdan farqli ravishda o‘quvchini passiv tinglovchi emas, balki faol ishtirokchi sifatida shakllantiradi. Bu model kompetensiyaviy yondashuv bilan bevosita bog‘liq bo‘lib, bilimni amaliyot bilan uyg‘unlashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Shu bilan birga, modelni joriy etishda ayrim muammolar ham kuzatiladi: o‘qituvchilarning metodik tayyorgarligi yetarli darajada bo‘lmasligi, interfaol metodlarni qo‘llash uchun vaqt va resurslarning cheklanganligi,baholash tizimining an’anaviy mezonlarga asoslanganligini ko’ramiz. Mazkur muammolarni bartaraf etish uchun o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirish, zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish va kompetensiyaviy baholash mezonlarini ishlab chiqish zarur. Shunday qilib, “4K” modeli ta’lim sifatini oshirish, o‘quvchilarning shaxsiy va kasbiy rivojlanishini ta’minlash hamda ularni global mehnat bozoriga tayyorlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. XULOSA: “4K” – XXI asr ta’limining asosiy tayanch modeli bo‘lib, u o‘quvchilarni zamonaviy jamiyat talablariga mos ravishda tayyorlashga xizmat qiladi. Tanqidiy fikrlash, ijodkorlik, muloqot va hamkorlik ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish orqali ta’lim jarayoni samaradorligi oshadi hamda shaxsning har tomonlama kamol topishi ta’minlanadi. Bugungi kunda ta’lim tizimida kompetensiyaviy yondashuvni chuqur joriy etish va “4K” modelini amaliyotga keng tatbiq etish muhim vazifalardan biridir. Bu esa kelajak avlodni raqobatbardosh, innovatsion fikrlovchi va ijtimoiy faol shaxs sifatida tarbiyalashga imkon yaratadi.
INTRODUCTION: in the 21st century, characterized by rapid globalization, digital technologies, and the development of artificial intelligence, new demands are being placed on the education system. It is no longer sufficient to provide students with only theoretical knowledge; it is essential to develop their ability to make independent decisions in real-life situations, solve problems effectively, work productively in teams, and demonstrate creativity. In response to these needs, the “4C” model has been widely implemented in international educational practice. The concept of “4C” includes Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. This model aims at the comprehensive development of students’ intellectual, social, and professional competencies. AIM: the main objective of this study is to reveal the content of the “4C” educational model, substantiate its pedagogical significance, and analyze the mechanisms for its implementation in the modern educational process. Additionally, the study seeks to: determine the role and importance of 21st century skills in education; demonstrate the interconnection between the components of the “4C” model; highlight effective methods for implementing this model in practice. MATERIALS AND METHODS: this research is based on modern pedagogical literature, international educational programs (PISA, UNESCO recommendations), regulatory documents grounded in the competency-based approach, scientific articles, and methodological manuals. The following research methods were applied: analysis and synthesis, comparative method, observation and generalization, and the study of pedagogical experience. Within the framework of the “4C” model, the following interactive teaching methods are considered effective: problem-based learning, project-based learning (PBL), clustering and brainstorming, debates and discussions, and group assignments. These methods contribute to the development of independent thinking, creative approaches, and teamwork skills among students. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings confirm that, unlike traditional education, the “4C” model transforms students from passive listeners into active participants in the learning process. The model is directly linked to the competencybased approach and serves to integrate knowledge with practical application. At the same time, several challenges have been identified in implementing the model: insufficient methodological preparedness of teachers, limited time and resources for applying interactive methods, and assessment systems primarily based on traditional criteria. To address these challenges, it is necessary to enhance teachers’ professional development, widely introduce modern pedagogical technologies, and develop competency-based assessment criteria. Thus, the “4C” model plays a significant role in improving the quality of education, ensuring students’ personal and professional development, and preparing them for the global labor market. CONCLUSION: the “4C” model represents a fundamental foundation of 21st century education and serves to prepare students in accordance with the demands of modern society. The development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills increases the effectiveness of the educational process and ensures the comprehensive development of the individual. In contemporary conditions, the deep implementation of the competency-based approach and the broad integration of the “4C” model into educational practice are among the most important priorities. This will contribute to nurturing a competitive, innovative, and socially active generation.
