KIRISH: mazkur maqola raqamli va innovatsion texnologiyalar orqali maktabdan tashqari ta’lim tizimida o‘quvchilarning kasbiy yo‘nalishini shakllantirish masalalariga bag‘ishlangan. Ishda o‘quvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini oshirishda interaktiv platformalar, virtual laboratoriyalar va elektron ta’lim vositalarining imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli va innovatsion metodlarni joriy etish shaxsiy qobiliyatlarni, ijodiy salohiyatni va kasbiy faoliyatga bo‘lgan motivatsiyani rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — maktabdan tashqari ta’limda raqamli va innovatsion texnologiyalarning o‘quvchilar kasbiy yo‘nalishini, ijodkorligini hamda kelajakdagi kasbiy faoliyatiga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini rivojlantirishdagi samaradorligini tahlil qilishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqot materiali maktabdan tashqari ta’limda qo‘llaniladigan interaktiv platformalar, virtual laboratoriyalar va elektron o‘quv vositalarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqotda ularning o‘quvchilar kasbiy kompetensiyalariga ta’sirini baholash uchun pedagogik tahlil, qiyosiy yondashuv va kuzatuv metodlaridan foydalanilgan. NATIJALAR VA MUHOKAMA: tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, maktabdan tashqari ta’limga raqamli va innovatsion metodlarning integratsiyalashuvi shaxsiy qobiliyatlarni, ijodiy salohiyatni va kasbiy faoliyatga bo‘lgan ishtiyoqni oshirishga yordam beradi. Interaktiv va virtual vositalar o‘quvchilarga amaliy ko‘nikmalarni egallash va kasbiy yo‘nalishlarini mustahkamlash uchun keng imkoniyatlar yaratadi. XULOSA: xulosa qilib aytganda, raqamli va innovatsion texnologiyalar maktabdan tashqari ta’limda o‘quvchilarning kasbiy yo‘nalishini shakllantirishda samarali vosita bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. INTRODUCTION: the article is devoted to the study of students’ professional orientation formation in the extracurricular education system through digital and innovative technologies. The work analyzes the possibilities of interactive platforms, virtual laboratories, and e-learning tools to enhance students’ professional competencies. The results show that implementing digital and innovative methods contributes to the development of individual abilities, creative potential, and motivation for professional activity. AIM: the aim of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of digital and innovative technologies in extracurricular education for developing students’ professional orientation, creativity, and motivation toward future professional activity. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the research material includes interactive platforms, virtual laboratories, and electronic learning tools applied in extracurricular education. The study employs pedagogical analysis, comparative approaches, and observation to evaluate their impact on students’ professional competencies. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that the integration of digital and innovative methods into extracurricular education contributes to the development of personal abilities, creative potential, and motivation for professional activity. Interactive and virtual tools provide opportunities for students to acquire practical skills and strengthen their professional orientation. ONCLUSION: in conclusion, digital and innovative technologies serve as effective instruments for shaping students’ professional orientation in extracurricular education. Their application enhances professional competencies, fosters creativity, and motivates learners toward active participation in future professional activities.
