Annotatsiya
Maqolada ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanishning o‘smirlar ruhiy holatiga ta’siri psixologik, ijtimoiy va xulq-atvor mexanizmlari nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. O‘smirlik davrida tengdoshlar bahosi, ijtimoiy qabul qilinish, o‘zlikni izlash va emotsional barqarorlikka ehtiyoj kuchli bo‘lgani sababli raqamli muhitning ta’siri boshqa yosh bosqichlariga nisbatan sezilarliroq bo‘lishi mumkin. Maqolada ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan oddiy foydalanish bilan muammoli foydalanish o‘rtasidagi farq, ijtimoiy taqqoslash, kiberbulling, “layk” va fikr-mulohazaga qaramlik, uyqu ritmining buzilishi, tashvish va depressiv simptomlar, tana obrazi hamda o‘z-o‘zini baholash bilan bog‘liq mexanizmlar yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning ijtimoiy qo‘llabquvvatlash, o‘zini ifodalash, axborot va psixologik yordamga kirish imkonini kengaytiruvchi ijobiy tomonlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ilmiy adabiyotlarning qiyosiy tahlili umumiy foydalanish va ruhiy salomatlik o‘rtasidagi bog‘lanish ko‘pincha kuchsiz va kontekstga bog‘liq ekanini, muammoli foydalanish esa salbiy ruhiy ko‘rsatkichlar bilan ancha izchil bog‘lanishini ko‘rsatadi. Yakunda oila, maktab va o‘smirning o‘zi uchun raqamli gigiyena, media savodxonlik va profilaktik yondashuvlar taklif etiladi.
The article analyzes the impact of social media use on adolescents' mental health from the perspective of psychological, social, and behavioral mechanisms. During adolescence, the need for peer evaluation, social acceptance, identity search, and emotional stability is strong, so the impact of the digital environment may be more significant than at other age stages. The article discusses the difference between normal and problematic use of social media, social comparison, cyberbullying, addiction to "likes" and feedback, sleep disorders, anxiety and depressive symptoms, body image, and self-esteem. At the same time, the positive aspects of social media, which expand the opportunities for social support, self-expression, access to information, and psychological help, are also considered. A comparative analysis of the scientific literature shows that the link between general use and mental health is often weak and context-dependent, while problematic use is more consistently associated with negative psychological indicators. Finally, digital hygiene, media literacy and preventive approaches are proposed for the family, school and the adolescent himself.
